I am completely agree with Amit as I have booked in CDec2009 but till now there is no progress and everytime (after so munch of follwoups) we are getting the same communication from Vatika that "We shall start the construction by end of next month". I am going to take out my mony from this project as there is no way out.

I booked 2 floors in Emilia in Jun 2009. Still no progress and no one's there to attend to our queries. Guess they thrive on the solace that people like us who are strangers to each other can't unite and they can do whatever they wish. A sole voice cannot stand to the might of private builders. V must synergize our activities through an association or group. Else, v all would be in major loss.
People, lets form a group to make our voice heard. Let me know, i[censored] agree and v may initiate action against the company.
Smilier story with me too i had book in Oct 2009 & y'day we got the buyer agreement copy from vatika...at the time of book rates are all inclusive now they are asking for PLS / EDC etc. they have called us for allotment on 23-NoV-10

Hi till date we didt receive any thing. I have booked emillia in 2010. Also received buyer sellers agreement but no communication happening they have asked me to select other location. Unable to understand exact problem.

I have a property a vatika emila floor, Vatika is doing fraud since starting which every body knows, I have booked my Flat in Emilia Phase -2, at sec 82 E /SF in[protected], At the time of booking SF was expensive than FF as reason given was SF will have exclusive roof right, even when you have booked the flat SF was expensive than First, Now acc to their current price list FF is expensive than SF / SF & FF have equal right on roof, FF area is more than SF. at the end SF owners are at loss. I just asked them a question why SF was exp than FF at the time of booking, and it seems like either we guys were out of our mind or we had enough money, on the same vatika executive replied they never had such price list, since starting at the time of booking SF was the cheapest even on request she dint shared me the 2009-10 price list, wht she shared was 2012 price list in which FF was exp than SF due to area.Since my Broker has closed it company i am not able to prove them. Its a request specially to the second floor owner to get united and stand against the same.
