mobile recharge

Dear Sir

I am Ph.D Student from IITB, i am using Vediocon mobile network service(no. 8268452446 prepaid). They re ducting my amount by automatic activation of different type of offers from last two months. if i call to customer care center replying of all customer executive are busy..Could there any solution for this..
