robbing money

Dear Sir,

I opened this account of trading equities and commodities with ventura securities in 2009 in 2010 i found some abnormality in my brokerage and other charges which after some time they refunded - later on they made a mistake in commodities and i lost close to 10000Rs and when i reported this to mumbai head office - no action was taken
so i stopped trading in commodities.............
now i had some holdings in equities in DP as depository participant, when i recently sold at a substantial loss to the bought rates, they chraged excessive brokerage, nsdl charges, and refusing to pay my money
pls help me resolve this issue
i need to get paid in terms of various other damages like harassment to client, loss in commodity due to their fault.

various sources have indicated that they are not paying thier staff due to lack of funds with the company.

i need my grievance to be redressed and bring sufficient number people who are visiting your site to be cautious with such brokers

I feel U r almost similar in experience that i had wid Ventura...

I do like to trade wid Geogit other than Ventura.I feel more comfortable here.

I did have some problem with ventura of unknown deduction when I started my account for few months in 2009. But now I have no problem with them and they seem very transparent. This might due to consistent tracking of my account and getting in touch with HO. I am quite comfortable now.
