Vian is an an absolute fraud company.We had booked a flat in their thane-Mumbai project & made a down payment of 3 lakhs.The project never took off & we asked for a refund.Wewere able to get 1 lakh in 1 year That too in bits & pieces.Now 2 lakhs are still stuck .They have changed all their land line numbers & cell numbers .Now since we are in Mumbai it is very difficult to followup.If anyone out there can provide us with their new address & phone numbers that will be a great help.

I found this address on their web site but now their web site is not working and I went to their office on above address and they gave me above tel no. but now the above tel. no. is not working so I went the second time their office recently(10 days ago), I found they have removed their board of company, when I went inside then in company I found hardy four to five employees and asked why you have removed company board they told the board has broken and I asked why your telephone no. is not working, then one person told it will work with in one or two days as some problem with reliance no. and I asked what about the Vian Royal Estate plot's possession (As I had booked a plot in Vian royal estate, grater noida) or money back as 36 months have been completed so he told some decesion from courts are to come, after 20th Jan they will give plot or refund money.
