This is to bring in your kind notice that I have taken an
A.M.C for my A.C from Videocon service center on 03-03-2010 for one
Year. Details of my A.C are as under:

Brand : VIDEOCON
Model No: 2434
Serial No: 31036809000180

On 18-04-2010 it has got cooling problem and ice is being formed
On the front of the grill. I have Registered a complain on toll free no of service
Center. Service Engineer declared that there is a P.C.B problem in my A.C
And assured me that they will change it in two days.

It has gone more than 10 days but no action has been taken.
I have again complained 4 times to the toll free no and personally visited
7 to 8 times to the service center at Allahabad branch. It seems that they are
Not interested to repair my A.C.
