[Resolved]  Videocon AC — Pathetic After sales service

Hi, we have bought a Videocon AC from Snehanjali Electronics which is located at Opp station, Andheri (W) in April 09, at the time of purchase they told us that there will be free service in first year, but no one has visited our house even after calling the shop several times to send the service guys but till date no one has visited our house.. the Ac is also not cooling the room its remote is not working.. this is a pathetic service... because of this videocon brand has lost its goodwill in the market. Snehanjali electronics, opp station, Andheri (W) is cheating public... please look into this and help other people not to get cheated from Snehanjali Electronics. I would suggest everyone not to purchase anything from Snehanjali Electronics they are a big cheat.
