[Resolved]  Videocon Battery And Inverter — BRAND NEW BATTERY DELIVERED WITH LEAKAGE

We bought brand new battery and inverter from Videocon website, they took two weeks to delivery the battery and inverter. They are suppose to install it but they delivered the leaking batter. The chemical from battery is leaking all over the places. The chemical damaged the trolley. The installing guy was not sure how to install the leaking battery, so he left without informing us. Made several calls to the Videocon's shipping center but no response. They either don't pickup the phone and are busy. I am still wondering how this company is still in the business. With so weak product line and support. Please don't buy videocon products, it's not worth it. Especially from the Chennai and Besant Nager Location. Products and Service, both are terrible and Nightmarish. Don't waste your time and money with Vidoecon products.
