[Resolved] Videocon Customer Care — non responcive customer care, unreasonable charges | |
I availed the facility of Videocon Group Authorized Service Centre to service my Kelvinator Refrigerator Model No. 286 Master Piece, Serial No. 100142, for not cooling vide complaint number DEL [protected]. The service engineer visited and diagnosed, chocked capillary and took the machine to the centre for Capillary replacement, Gas filling and thermostat change. When the machine returned and put on service we noticed there was excessive frosting on suction line aft of the machine. We again called up the auth. service centre (Pearl Home Care, Dwarka, New Delhi), which adviced to register the complaint with your call centre. Again complaint was registered vide complaint no. DEL [protected]. The service engineer visited (May 13, 2009) and diagnosed it overcharging of gas and the service engineer demanded for the visiting charges, which according to me are unjust. As the machine was repaired and charged by gas at your centre and if any problem arises due to the same it should be responsibility of the company. The service centre had informed that it bears three month guarantee for the repair work.I request you to look into the matter. We approached the authorised service centre for the quality work and in good faith of reputed company. There is a technical issue also to my understanding if there is overcharging there should be frequent high pressure cut out, if the thermostat is working correctly but we have not noticed and the engineer never checked for it, please make sure the things are checked properly. sir my companey name is moondish last 10 years iam doing this dth service. o.k now i dish tv recharge on line now i pay 3100 rs ( for recharge cash ) in modern ele.last thursday ( 13.08.09. ) till now he cannot recharge my acc. please tell me whats the problem my amount 3100 is gone or any other ?????. i am from balugaon, bhubaneswar state orissa.i have a refrigirator model no.vnr b 14 ch.i want vegetable basket of this model no.in orissa, their is no stock .so, how i get this?

Three Times I have lodged complaint with the Videocon Service Centre (Bijnor-246701) that my TV set (29" Videocon CTV ) was not working properly. I had bought this TV set from Saharanpur in Jan2009. responded. The customer care people use to tell, the engineer will reach at your resident in 24 hrs don't who and
when. I found extremely mismanaged customer care servcie.
i had calld 5 times but they do not solve the problem .

I have purchased an microwave oven of videocon make model no 21EG22 from Malaika appliances Pvt Ltd, Boisar. On 31st Dec 2007. Within six month the inner body of the oven got rusted. The oven have one year warranty / guaranty. And I have registered complaint for that telephonically on call center [protected] on Dt 12/10/2008. The complaint no is 7AF[protected], the complaint have registered by Mr Harish manager of Malaika appliances Pvt Ltd, Boisar. To attain the complaint and tech. Mr. bhosale from Takcare India Pvt Ltd. came and told that they will change the cavity. I waited for that and registered again complaint for that telephonically. The complaint no is 7G[protected]. But they told me that process is going on for replacing the cavity. But till the date there is not any positive response from them. And I have very disappointed. I have called so many times to Mr. Atul samant in charge of Takcare India Pvt Ltd. Boisar. Rex D’souza replacement section, Takcare India Pvt Ltd But not getting positive response.
I am confused now what action should take on this matter. And to whom should blame for delay of service. To the videocon, or to Malaika appliances Pvt Ltd, Boisar, or to Takcare India Pvt Ltd. Boisar.
So please give me guidance for above matter. Or if possible take the approtiate action on above service providers.

Sir, I bought Videocon 1.5 Ton Split Airconditioner Model No:VAS G !82 from Sri Vinayaka & co., chennai-4, on 19/5/2008. This decision taken by me beacause of one Mr., Carmel David of your employ convence me. But that gentelman is not with you I think. Now i have a problum with the commpresser. Now I have contacted your puple and they directed me to M/S. Tek Video Care on saturday of 12th.sep., till today I am sufuring to get it repared. I have purchased the LCD on 12.02.09 and refrigerator on 27.02.09 but till starting there was a sound problem in LCD and i wrote the complaint many times but there is no solution.

the executive told me that your LCD will be replaced and after 9 months the LCD has been replaced on 17.10.09 (after so much efforts).But the problem is Videocon has sent me the lowest model, iam regularly contact with service centre and yours employee (Mr Naveen Vashistha & Mr Prakar)but i cant find satisfy answer and my 10000/-Rs has been dumped by the videocon.From starting i am suffered with your bad product which i was purchased wrongly & videocon made me mentally haresment/disturbed.
Videocon service or products is not good and i was wrong to decide to buy the videocon products .Iam very much dissatisfy with your products.

Now, ten days have passed and there is still no response from Videocon Service Centre
Obviously it is cheating and fraud. My only fault was that I trusted the engineer sent by Videocon, and he has defrauded me of my TV set. I had never thought that a highly reputed concern like Videocon employed such engineers who played such dirty tricks on its customers.

but now i hve sme problem with that perticular set. There is some problem in screne and the executive who visit us for routine check up he told us to submit the bill at service centre and they replace our set. But after 20 day we did'nt get any response from your side . Some one with the name of Mr.Naveen told us that the set is ready to delivered but now no response from that side.
I am very dis-satisfied with services provided from your side and your staff . so please take proper action against my complaint.
