[Resolved]  Videocon D2H — no customer service - purely harrassment

Videocon D2H — Wrong Claim by Mobile Company and poor product performance

With the brand image like Videocon, i purchased V1306 handset yesterday evening i.e. on 11 march, 2011 with great expectations. in contrast to the quality normally provided by videoncon i found this handset to be very cheap with use of cheap operating systems which is now available in all chinese mobile.

Also on the box it was mentioned that is has a capacity of 500 SMS, however hardly after 15 sms in my sim 2 inbox it shown as full capacity.

Also there is problem with music player. Though it has start/stop/(next and previous Trach button), surprisingly it does not have any volume button. beacuse of this either we can not play it or we have to hear it at full vomlume.

Am recharge @ 148/- vediocon monthly 30 days validity , Now the sim is" check operater services"

Videocon D2H — after sales service poor and irresponsible service and after sales service poor and abusive staff

i buyed a AC videcon 1ton.batch no-000393 ,and app code-098120.sence i buy it was a bad expericane with the service and product.i recently gave compliant and compliant number is-[protected].it was attend too late and the attendant was too bad spoken tecnicain..i m not satisfied with the service of vedicon and my product is in bad condtion when i got back from the service station and the staff atteandant was very bad spoken guy and his name is PRADEEP PATIYAL AND THE WORKSHOP ATTENDED MY COMPLAINT WAS TEKCARE INDIA PVT.LTD.

videocon/freeze — regarding broken leg

I got refrigerator 28 mar 2011, shopkeeper deliver me this at 10 pm same day, at that time left leg of freeze is broken & same confirmed to shop keeper & he said our representative check & then we replace it, next day on 29 mar. 2011,representative come at my home and said this leg is broken and we replace it with in 2 days, and at same night customer care give msg on my mobile no. that your complaint will be closed,i again msg that still my issue is same, they again generate new complaint, but still none of the person come to me for the same.

now i don't want this refrigerator & please tell me where i can submit my complaint.

LAST YEAR WE HAVE PURCHESED A VIDEOCON WINDOW A/C. FROM GILSON ELECTRONICS, KISHAN PURA CHOWK, JALANDHAR. RIGHT FROM FIRST DAY IT IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY. WE COMPLAINT SO MANY TIMES TO THE DEALER,
NOW THIS YEAR, WE ARE COMPLAINTING FROM LAST WEEK FOR ITS SERVICE AND WORKING NOT PROPERLY. BUT DID NOT GET ANY ANSWER FROM MR NAVDEEP JOSHI (DO'NT KNOW HIS DESIGNATION). WE HAVE CALLED HIM 50 TIMES IN THREE DAYS. ONLY TWICE HE ANSWER THE PHONE EVEN.

Videocon D2H — activating plans on their own

Videocon has been activating rental plans on their own. i even called on their customer care no(121) but found no way of deactivating the schemes or talking to their customer service executive.. there are two plans activated 1.Funny Shayari plan (7 Rs per week. this has been active since 3-4 weeks) 2. & some music service (30 Rs per month) .. please take action...

Videocon D2H — delay in resolving problem

vas (ipl cricket) service is activated on my mobile no. [protected](videocon) daily 5 Rs.deducted from my balance from past one month. i have tried many times to deactivate it bysending DEACT CRI to 50000 they reply me that your request cannot be completed due to system failure. i have also call customer care for this but they send me complaint no.<fake> many times but i got no solution of my problem.

i have saved many complaint id in my phone i can send it to you if you require them

Videocon is the worst consumer brand in India and I am thinking of going against them in Consumer Court; I bought a refridgerator and the cooling fan blew off in a month; I've raised multiple complaints against their dysfunctional customer care but no one shows up!

I would recommend that all o[censored]s get together and go against this company as it is just a blatant violation of consumer rights.
