I have problem with your Drh Engineer his name is Vijay and his change my Remote today but his give me wrong remote and not answer properly i want to go to Consumer court and you have 2 option you retun my money and and otherwise you give me universal remote

and i called your customer-care but thy told me no no no and thy not get my complain his name is jashavant and his supervisor is Mehul
i want result any how you change my remote like universal remote and his told me company is not available universal remote so why his give me wrong remote
customer is not full ok you not have product so why you in market close your company and change your business and stop chit with customer so give me answer properly and refund my money
