[Resolved] Videocon D2H — Faulty product sold & poor after sale services | |||
Hi Dear, I purchase a Videocon refrigerator model number D245-DX PURCHASE DATE- 2009. Same is not working properly since the time of purchase.Though, the compressor is in warranty still have been made to pay 3 times for the gas. Two times I have been told to change the timer.Still at present it is not working.The service engineers put a LG compressor one time without informing us.No one is ready to take the hit.I am suffering because of the same.
