31 March around 10 am my D2H service had been stopped as my account was not recharged. at 10.40am the same day i had recharged it through IVR transaction on my mobile vis Credit card. After recharging the automated voice teller confirmed that the account was recharged successfully. I waited for an hour but my service never resumed. Called up the customer care of videocon and they assured me that my compalint will be solved very soon and they had told me to get in touch with my bank to confirm the same. again at 1:40pm i called up the customer care and spoke to them for the same. I was asked to provide my transaction details, which i had given and it was infomed to me that my complaint had been registered. Till evening I had to wait and since my service didnt resume i called up customer care of videocon again and to my astonishment the executive told me that my complaint has been registered now, and it was not done in the afternoon. repeatedly he assured me that by tonight 11pm i ll get a confirmed status about this. Finally i got a message on my cell saying that my complaint has been resolved. But when i opened my set top box agian there was no service available. The next day i was continously in touch with my bank and videocon for this and even then nothing happened. 2nd april morning again i was told that by videocon executive that i need to get my credit card statement for this. This is pure harrassment for the customers. Firstly no one is ready to give proper information, then empty assurances are made and finally nothing is done and the customer gets a message that his complaint is solved.
My transaction id is : 016279 and the same has been transferred to D2H5720TPIVR.
When i spoke to my bank representative they told me that the merchant can get details by using the transaction id. But when i spoke to Videocon executive, no one was ready to accept that. Thumbs down to videocon and their services. Plus their signal always gets scrambled and its very irritating. Yes its D2H service(direct harrassment service).
