I am consumer of videocon d2h I have recharged it on 21 June 2011 with rs 300 but in 4 days my services have been stopped I called to videocon customer service but they are not helping I am being cheated by company

I have purchased a 29'' color Television of videocon company from the NEXT Showroom in SECTOR -14, Gurgaon . When i saw the tv, i observed that picture is tilted on every channel.i made the complaint in the service centre and dealer also . but 10 days have gone no body is taking care of my complaint and even no body from the dealer is getting touch with me .
I have purchased a 32'' LCD color Television of videocon ( Integra ) company from the Vijay Sales Showroom (Chembur) in November 2007. Till Feb 2008, the TV was working fine but suddenly one day the screen automatically started with blackout problem, we could hear the sound but can't see any picture. Post which we lodged a complaints as on 10th Feb 2008 and my first complaint no was 0802-B100132 but the issue was not sorted out as thier engineer who visited our residence had told that he wants to see that problem personally as he was not believing on us. The problem with the TV was that the picture use to go any time i.e. somtime in morning or in afternoon and night also. After getting frustrated from this again I lodged second complaint as on 30/03/2008 but again he said the same reason and walked away.

Please tell why my query is not been sorted out as I had paid more than Rs.30, 000/- to purchase this TV.

Again as on 26/06/2008, i lodged the third complaint (0806 - B260121) but this time thier technician had opened that TV and checked the parts inside it. He found the error and told us that PCB needs to changed and same will happen after 3 days but till today there is no revert.

One important thing about this is at time of last visit of your technician the picture is not coming only but previously we use to see the picture inspite of black out problem..

Please respond to my email and also provide me with a solutation...

Dear sir I am Pankaj Shrivastava and i am working in ultra customerGuna (m.p) now present. i have 1 complaint ultra customer from Guna(m.p) Videocon franchisee thatsway reason i send a 1 mail from my side .There are some major problem in guna at now present. Basically Guna is a dist place . There are some area are covered ashoknagar, isagad, mugawali . In that time one customer service are handle the problems it is Ultra customer care . Guna is a very big place at that time and main problem are that in there lot of in warranties, and customer are facing lot of problems at that time issue are only that is Ultra customer care are not properly response from our side. .
· In the Ultra customer care services are no staff, no customers care executives and technicians and no call attenders. ( only 1 man are handle the problem Mr.deepak sharma Ultra customer care guna(m.p) and he is not physical fit.and he cant do the good service provided.



· In the guarantee case he wants to money from customer side .he

is created corruptions.

example:- In warranty washing machine replacement case he want to money from Mr Gangans dealer akai old dealer videocon (1500 rupees ).
· His management system are not properly. Sitting arrangement are not properly.



· In the 3 years guan(m.p) .There are no dealership in it.only last month new dealer is opened HA lahoti and no dealership colour television. Ultra customer care are not provided services that sway reason not dealership are opened last 3 years. company are facing many problem . thatsway reason in the 3 years company are not sell the product properly and maximam 3 carores rupees business are not doing.


· Ultracare are not solve problem at that time and in warranties are pending .and i warranties problems are solve out in 15 days . its are long time for good customer and there are facing many problems and irated from videocon service center.



· Our videcon customer service (Ultra customer care guna )are not provied the proper response thatsway reason videocon brand(product) are not sell propely, it are effected our product business .


· Two court case are videcon company in guna . it reason are only are services.



· In the Dsr report totally lie . cases are only (akai+sansui+videocon)100 calls but Dsr mention 200 calls per month its are out warranties .out warranty parts are replaced in to in- warranty parts .


So plz consider this application from my side and take a action for ultra

I am a auth. dealer of videocon electronics (Kaithal)(Haryana)(India).last 20 days there is no service for any compliants. There are approx 20 refrigerators complaints are pending.I talk with "Kaysons India" {Sonepat}(Haryana)(distributor of videocon elec.). but they take no effective steps. every custmor says that he will return his ref. so sir please take effective steps as soon as possible.
I have bought TATA INDIGO from Raj Motors, Rohtak. The Car was bought 6 years ago and since then it has become a source of trouble and tensions. I have lodged many complaints with the head office of the Tata Motors But there is no response. I am pulling along the car with lot of defects. Tata Motors have charged huge sums of Money from fee in the name of repairing the vehicle.

nobody is bothering to attend complaint even after 48 hrs of complaint logging. poor service and zero customer support by company such videocon. Be cautious while selecting your d2h service provider. they are good in immediate installtion of product but have blind eyes for customer complaints.

Dear Sir,
I have bought a Videocon refrigerator on 15th September 2010.when we received the fridge it did not have the door keys.Then when we called the company ,they promised to send the keys..That did not happen..In a few days the door was not closing properly..So again we called Videocon ,they said they would replace the door in 48 hours.it's been 7 months now and no response from their end..They only keep saying they will come in 48hours..But till now no one has come.My complaint number is BAN [protected]..Please help me..

I HAVE BEEN REALLY UNHAPPY SINCE I PURCHASED A REFRIGERATOR FROM VIDEOCON,.

BEWARE OF VIDEOCON: Live wouldout appliances, but never buy videocon product.

This is my life time lesson.

This is regarding my less than a month old Videocon refrigerator.

I have launched my first complaint on 20th April, comp no: PUN[protected], I was told Service engineer will come on 20th and details of the engineer will be SMS
, I got the SMS I chased the service engineer entire day.

In evening he said, he will not come, some other person is going to come for the repair. His name Nana Saheb Tambe.

I called customer care again, she said the person will come in the morning, and at 10:30 PM I received a message that my call has been cancelled, again I tried in the night, call center was closed.

So, in the morning of 21st April, I called Customer Care again, they gave me the new Complaint number: PUN [protected], and the rep said, engineer will come within 24hr, this our commitment.
Again we chased the engineer entire day and at the end of the day he said, he will not come and some other person is going to come for the repair.

In the evening again called customer care, rep said, tomorrow is Sunday, so Engineer can came, you have to wait till Monday, so we waited entire day of Monday.
Chased the Engineer and in the Evening the Engineer said he will not come and some other person is going to come for the repair.

I called the Customer Care talked with Senior rep, named Faisal, he said, sir tomorrow in the morning Engineer is definitely going to come. So I thought let’s wait one for day.

However, after the call with your so called senior Customer Care rep, I received an SMS, that your Call has been cancelled. I called again at Customer Care to found out the call has been cancelled and he will launch a new complaint.

Upon asking, about the senior person, he gave me Prakash savar gaongar landline:[protected], where no one is picking up the call.


Is your customer care just closing the calls if not fixed within 24hrs, just to show how service oriented you guys are?

Please send an engineer to fix my 1 month old refrigerator? I have a small baby at home without the refrigerator it is very difficult in such a hot weather.

Verdict: Use less VIDEOCON products, I, my family and all my friends are never ever going to buy the videocon product. Let see with this kind of service/product, how long Videocon can survive in the market....

If you can't value your customer, there would be no Videocon, no videocon customer care & no videocon service engineers.
I HAVE VIDEOCON NO. & DND SERVICE ACTIVATED, BUT ALL DAY CALL & SMS DISTRUB ME. COMPANY ACTIVATED MANY TYPES OF SRVICE & DEDUCTED CHARGES. CUSTOMER CARE & COMPLAIN NO. IS BUSY ANY TIME. WHERE I COMPLAIN. I THINK VIDEOCON IS WORST MOBILE SERVICE.
i planned to shift from my old address to my new house just 1 km away from the old address.. so i contacted videocon d2h's customer care and put in a request of removal and reinstallation of the equipment so they filed my request and they gave me a reference number...promising the engineer would visit in 24 hrs...but i didn't got any response...
so next morning i called up again, this time i was promised that the engineer would visit in next 12 hrs...but again i got the same response (no visit and no call at all)...same sequence continued and they gave me 4 reference numbers but NOTHING HAPPENED...
the same way i called up again and this time i had a word with the supervisor and was given a contact number but as usual didn't got any response...so now its been 5 days without any response so finally had to file a complaint here...expecting an early reply atleast now...

I have purchased the long term plan for one year by paying around Rs.3600. But every two hours I am receiving the error "Validating Smart Card" and nothing shows on the screen. They will ask me to refresh my account by sending an sms. In order to watch any channel I have to send atleast 5 to 10 SMS daily. When I complained to customer service, they said I have to put on channel 100 and wait for 5 minutes. I did and nothing happens. Even if the problem gets resolved why should I waste 5 minutes in channel 100. The customer service person said that there may be problem in the set top box and said they will charge Rs.150 for service...I have two questions,

1. Unlike other operators the set top box is the companies property (when I disconnect I have to hand over it to the company with other operators I need not return the set top box) then why I should pay for a faulty set top box. The company has to replace or repair it without any charge.

2. If the problem is with settop box how come the problem gets resolved immediately after I send the sms.

In my opinion videocon must have tie up with telecom companies so that they will get a share for each sms. I am spending almost Rs.100 to Rs.150 per month for validating the smart card inaddition to the package charge which in my case is Rs.3600. I think this happens for long term recharge customers only so that they have no other options but to send the sms.

Iam waiting for the subscription to end and never ever turn up to your company for any of your products...Customers pls keep away from such fraud company. Do not subscribe to these cheaters and get harassed.
We have been a subscriber to D2h in Chennai for almost a year now. Recently, our connection was terminated for no reason. When customer support was contacted, we were told that some service technician had attended to our problem and that we owed Rs. 150/-. We had not requested any service or did not log any complaint, so I dont understand why the disconnection. Also, the customer support person said that they will ensure that our balance (before termination) is intact and services will be restored to us. So, far it has been 3 days and no updates. I still see my account showing negative balance and no connection at home. When are you guys going to act on this? This is absolutely ridiculous. I want this addressed immediately, our connection restored, with proper balance and also a couple of free days for termination of our connection abruptly. The customer representative could not tell us what kind of service was provided, when the actual reality is that NO SERVICE WAS REQUESTED/PROVIDED BY D2H!! Customer ID[protected].
I have a Videocon DTH. Customer id: 83063941. Since the 3rd June, i have had no signal. Waited for a couple of days but still the same. Called customer service and logged complaint (no.[protected]. They took a couple of day to respond back. Then they said that we will send a engineer to fix this. They set a engineer who tried something and was able to get all channels but only for 4 hours. Called again and the engineer came the next day and changed the switch in the outdoor unit and solution was achieved only for 15 mins. I continued to complain. Couple of days later again engineer visited and did nothing. Next day again he visited and changed the switch nd it started working for few mins. Called the engineer again and he said that will send a senior engineer, who never turned up and no communication given to us. I again called the next day and they said will send a engineer. I specified that you should not visit my place between 2 to 5 in the afternoon but no surprises. They visited at 4 pm. This time they got another box with them and checked, even that was not working. They finally identified today that is the 11th June that the box does not support their new version and it needs a replacement. To my shock they asked me to pay Rs. 999 for this. How in the world i can agree to pay if the company has changed their software version. It should be their responsibility to replace it without any charges. I have finally called them to take the faulty unusable box back and disconnect the services and provide a refund.
