Poor Service and Overcharging

I am using D2H box since a year now and recently i relocated to a new place so i had asked for the relocation. I had to follow up for more than 2 days for the relocation service and it was only after that, that my relocation was done. I was told the relocation charges would be Rs 250 which would be deducted from my online account. But when the Engineer came to install the device he said that he was told by the company that i need to pay him cash. So i did pay him hard cash Rs 250, but to my surprise even after paying hard cash to the engineer these people deducted Rs 450 from my D2H account.
When i came to know about this i called up the customer service and a complaint (Complaint No: 45855192) was logged for my issue and i was assured the money would be credited back to my account within 10th of July. I waited till 10th but as it happens nothing was done to resolve my issue. So i again called up the Customer service where i talked through several executives who assured me that the money would be credited back within 24 hours, but again they were just assurance and now its more than 3 weeks i am calling customer service and nothing has been done.
So today when i again called up the customer service i was given your number (02066440517) and told to call you up and talk to you but as it happens the number didn't work so i called up customer service again and got this email id to which i was told to address the issue.
I hope at least you will be able to resolve my issue and restore my faith in D2H as i have lost the faith and you are my last hope .
