I have Recharge my Videocon D2h through my IOB Net banking my account debited Rs 450/. But my Videocon D2H not recharge. My Videocon D2h cust.id is 76973768.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I did a recharge for my Videocon D2h through my ICICI Net banking account on march-19th twice time for 200 rupees each.
Total for 400 rupees got deducted from my ICICI bank account.

Got an error first time and second time the payment went through fine without error.
But the money got deducted twice.

But my VideoCon d2h balance is credited only for 200 rupees.

I have recharged my Videocon D2h of Rs. 550 /- on 24-Nov-2014 thru HDFC net banking and an amount of Rs 550 /- deducted from my bank account but my Videocon D2H was not recharged. The Videocon customer service is saying its very rare that the on line transcation gets but going through below others complaints its clear that its happening every now and then, it seems that "TechBharat Business" is the main culprit, requesting Videocon D2h management to take strict action against them so that this thing should not be repeated otherwise we would loose faith in On line banking transaction. As promised by customer care make suer that amount Rs. 550 /- would be credited to my bank account in week time .
