[Resolved]  Videocon GSM Mobile Service — Connection deactivated

Dear Sir,
One month earlier I have purchased a Videocon Sim card with mobile number [protected] and I am using that upto last 19th March 2011. But now all outgoing calls and sms services are disconnected for that number. Before 15 days a person from Videocon Mobile Service has come to my residential address for Verification and he has checked my Address & Identity proof documents and took my signature over a form and confirmed that the verification process is over and the connection will be continue. But now the mobile service has stopped by the service provider.
After talking to customer care executive has confirmed me to go to any Videocon Service outlet and discuss about the problem Just suggest this only. A part form this he told that he cannot help me in this regard. Therefore my question is after submitting all supporting documents (ID & Address) and completion of Verification process also from the service provider site why my connection got disconnected and why I have to visit Videocon Service outlet for re activation of the connection after a long period of time. If I was not eligible for the connection why service provider has disconnected my connection after using more then one month. For your kind information I have purchased this connection by third week of February 2011.
Kindly look into the matter.

Videocon GSM Mobile Service — Not able to call STD no and check balance from morning

From morning i am trying to call STD no but everytime it is connecting and even not able to check the balance also.This is not the first time it happen most of the time in a day.

Videocon GSM connection — Number ceased

My name is Puneet Aneja and one month back I had purchased a New VIDEOCON GSM Prepaid connection # [protected] from Taneja Foods sco-45 Sector-11, filled and submitted the form and attached the complete set of documents required.
after few days i recieved a text message from videocon about submitting my documents, when i called my retailer regarding this, he told me to ignore the messages as he has forwarded all the documents to videocon already.
then on 3rd of march all my services got barred so eventually i again contacted the retailer, and he told me to submit my documents again to the distributor of videocon at New Chaudhary Complex, Village Rally Panchkula. which i did on the 8th of March, and i was told that my number's services will be resumed in a day or two, which they never did and finally my sim for completely blocked around 13th of march and when i contacted the customer care regarding this, they told me that my number has been completely ceased due to non submission of documents resulting in the harassment i faced and loss of the balance amount in my mobile and the addon pack i paid for the isd pack.
this kind of practice is not fair for the consumer like me.
so kindly help me get my number back and all of the balance in my account, and even i deserve a compensation for the harassment and the loss of time caused by videocon.

Videocon Mobile Service — Mobile connection ceased

The below mentioned complain is for my mobile no.: [protected]. My mobile connection is not working from yesterday 05 / 08 / 2011. Some 1 month ago my no. was also suspended for negative verification of documents. On requesting various time i was not informed for what reasons my documents are found negative. Then i had no choice but to re-submit my documents again so I had re-submitted my documents again at your chembur gallery on 17 / 07 / 2011. After that my connection was resumed. Yesterday again my phone connection was barred without informing me. I had visited again to the same chembur gallery where i had submitted my documents. On explaining my problem to your executive at the gallery i was been informed from him that my no. is ceased and i have to re-apply and give the documents again. I had given photocopies and photographs for re-application to chembur gallery.

As a customer can i know exactly for what reason my documents are found negative. Kindly ask the reason from your verification team as for what reason they found my documents negative. If you need any strong documents then i can give the photocopies of my passport and show the originals to your incharged person. As passport is considered a master document in India and is valid all over for Identity verification as well has for Address verification.

Putting my documents as negative has hurted my self respect and esteem a lot. I feel insulted on the terms that Videocon Verification team thinks that i am Shree 420 or bluffmaster. I will not tolerate this type of nuisance on my part at any cost. Due to my nos. being ceased i am facing lot of difficulties. My no. was active for approx 4 months. I had shared and called from this nos. to my various Business suppliers & Business customers. Now if they find this mobile switched off then in the mind of my business associates they pretend to dis-believe me and think that I have purposely switched off my phone or cancelled my phone no. or they think that i am out of the trade and they stop calling me no more in this way i am losing my hard earned goodwill & new business too. This is a utter loss to me.

If the verification team was not satisfied on verification then for their satisfaction and verification they could have called on my alternate nos. I would have immediately responded and sorted out their issues. By ceasing / suspending my mobile line without informing me the company has shown very bad gesture & a serious threat of reliability factor. It is for sure that as user of Videocon service I feel that company has no ethics, it is self centered and does not respects customer values, emotions & is not reliable.

I will further request the concerned department & their executives to sort out this issue on immediate basis. Any issues Pertaining to any documents then i am ready to share my any other documents with your company. I am ready to co-operate completely but needs your complete co-operation too.

Atleast start my incoming so that my business associates does not make any false / negative belief towards me, my business, my creditability & reliability.

I personally think the company should first verify all the documents get it verified from all their departments and after that should activate the connection. So that if the company does not feels our documents correct then take required documents and after that activate the connection. If any customer fails to give proper documents then company shall not activate the connection unless.

This method is completely wrong that on taking documents u dont say anything activate the connection once user had shared its contact nos at various places - printed on visiting cards, given on website on mailers on mass sms given the contacts to their various supplier, customers, used it for 3 to 4 months and after that now company realizes that the documents are not correct and then suspends the line without any valid reasoning or informing.

After that the customer starts for remedies from step 1 contacts local the mobile repairer - he is informs that the problem is with SIM card get it replaced then customer goes to the gallery for replacement on going to there he comes to know that his line is ceased after that you know what had happened. I[censored] want to get Punished for ur sins then get associated with such a unprofessional company, who has a big banner, big logo, big name but no moral ethics at all.

Pl. start my connection immediately and save me from business losses. If the company has any ethics.
