[Resolved]  Videocon India — Window AC compressor change

I filed a complaint regarding my Videocon AC (complaint number: GUR[protected]) on 17th April 2010.

No one attended the call till 19th April and then Mr. Ravi came to my place and said that compressor needs to changed and they will take the AC to workshop the next day.

No one came inspite me calling there call center number[protected] several times.

On 4th May, they came and took the AC and stated that they will put back the AC to my place the next day i.e. 5th May, I have been trying to get in touch with them since then and they always say "today we will bring the AC".

I am really fed up with, there is no acknowledgment, of my calls and I had to stay back at home for the same. This is mental torture then by Videocon, if they cannot provide proper service then they should fooling the consumers.
