I have Purchase Videcon Tv in July 2004 and Get Bond With Tv.My Bond Due Date 26 Jan 2011 and i have already done all formalities nad submit bond to videocon nanpura surat bond collection center. my bond detail

No one ready to give proper answer. they are forcing me to buy new product instead of money back. today 24 mar so already 70 day pass but still i have not get any reply. when i visit surat office they told me we have sent bond to aurangabad. when i call to aurangabad ashvini madam told me it will take time but not ready give confirmation. also forcing me to buy product instead of money back.dont know when i 'll get my money back.
