I have bought a fully automatic Vediocon Washing Machine (model K5800) on 9th February 2007 from Vedecon Plaza, Panaji, Goa vide invoice number 3547. There were several occassions that the machine stopped working and then repaired. Its control panel was repalced. Now the drum is shaking wildely when the machine is operating in SPIN mode which end up in aborting the program and discontinue the washing process. All this happened during the warranty period. The warranty is still in force. We have used an earlier version for more than five years without any problem before we procured this fully automatic one. It looks that the machine has manufacturing fault and hence no meaning in repairing further. So would like to request you to replace the machine at the earliest. I have tried to register the complaint online by calling the toll free number suggested by the local agent. But the toll free number, as usual, will never get through.
