Videocon Washing Machine — dryer motor damage in service

I have a semi automatic washing machine last fifteen years working .Last one month the drier is not stop when open the lid of drier.Drier stop after few minuts when open the lid.I have call to the Authorised Service center "PARAS SOLUTIONS" D-660/B ,Chanderlok ,Main 100 feet Road Shahdra,Delhi-93,Ph.No.[protected] for repair this.On dt.11.11.09 Mr.Rajendra Singh came & check the Machine ,He say only Break Shooe & Seal change, Your motor is fine & good condition.I say to him chenge the break & seal.He give eastimate Rs.830/- with service charge Rs,220/-.He charge Rs.220/- vide receipt No.1644 Dt.11/11/09.On dt.14.11.09 Mr.Rajesh came with breaks & seal for chnage but he can not change due to drier drum not detached from motor than he refer machine for worksop.I bring the Machine & given in workshop vide R.No.109 with working condition.On Moday dt.16.11.09 call from workshop at.11 AM Mr.Sikka say your motor binding wire burn & change new motor with charges Rs.1250/-.I say why i paid this amount I give you in working condition than you give me in working condition this fault is yours & motor burn due to your engineer fault.I pay only for braeks & Seal.But his ignor & say pay Rs.1250/-+610/-=1860/-.
Pl solve my problem.

I own a vidoecon Multie 6000. Its spinner tub top ring is broken. I had raised the compaint 3 months back. The person who came to repair that said he will come with the spare after 2 days but never returned again. I raised the complaint again last week. This time also he said he will return within 2 days, but never came back . How can we get this rectified?

My semi automatic washing machine (Multie6000) is not working properly.. actually is inner part relating to dryer has been broken... i have not found this part in local area market after my utmost efforts..please advice me wat i do now...

We purchased new videocon full automatic washing meachine with in four days it got repaired company service person said that bearings gone why so like that for new peice why bearings gone

VIDEOCON / Fully automatic washing m/c. — Not functioning for last more than three months.

My washing m/c. is under breakdown for more than FOUR months. The complaint was lodged to the dealer, company mechanic, Lucknow Service Centre of the company and Customercare of the company by telephones and e-mails several times.The complaint was attended by company mechanic before DIWALI, but the m/c. did not work. This was due to wrong diagnosis by the mechanic. Again followups were made with Customercare and, as aresult , a mechacic came and diagnosed the balancing ring faulty took that with him for replacement purpose, assuring to come back after three/four days.It is more than 20 days and I am waiting. In the mean time I have contacted cutomercare by phone and e-mail but their response is poor.The Complaint No.earlier given by Customercare is LUC [protected], Dt:04/11/09 and the new complaint no. is LUC [protected], dT: 02/12/09.Warranty was upto 20/10/09.This is TOO MUCH.It appears that company intetionally dose not want to repair the m/c. I am highly dissatisfied with VIDEOCN and it's services.It is important to mention here that the repair of m/c.was unsuccessful within the warranty period and is to be repaired under warranty period only.

We have purchased Videocn Washing M/c. Fully Automatic in July 09. from Ghaziabad market Dealer NEXT RETAIL SHOP. Since the machine is cimmissioned it has started giving problem. As on date three times complain has been lodged but the M/c. could not be rectified. No. of times service man has come but could not solve the problem. Even he dose not bring sufficient tool to open the machone. Even after repeted reminder at ghaziabad Service centre, there is no one to attend the problem. Please send your technical representative at the earliest to rectify the problem.

we purchased a videocon K-5800 fully automatic washing m/c from NEXT Pitampura, delhi on 25/10/2009. The m/c is totally defective. called for service but they send untrained, unequipped persons and that too after a series of calls. They show their helplessness. I feel guilty of buying a cheap, defective m/c 4 my family. Feel cheated by areputed company. Should I go to consumers' court 4 compensation?

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that I, Sayed Mahedi Arefoddin purchased one Videocon fully autometic washing Model No. FA 55 Sr. No.[protected] machine from Aurangabad Shop on 16/11/2009 but sorry to inform you that from the begenning of the purchased it was not in use due to that i havent got the demonstration of that washing machine thou I have complained several times to your customer care department and after that 2 technicians came and told me that PCB card had problem, and you have to send this machine to our shop so i have kept that machine for 2 weeks at there shop but problem remains the same. for the transportation i have spent Rs.200. technicians said that we have to again replace that PCB board

As per warranty card replace PCB .
So, it is requested to look into the matter and provide a new PCB as replacement for the subject washing machine for my satisfaction.
Hope that you will take up the matter as soon as possible for the satisfaction of your customer.

Videocon washing M/c FA55 Sr no 1898 purchased on 26/06 /2004. We are facing problem with PCB frquently. Time and again on our complains a service engineer comes from different franchiese company hired by videocon. After sevice m/c works for 1 ~ 2 days and again stop again. frequently PCB gives problem - We are not getting appropriate services..

My videocon wahsing machine fully automatic is not working. It does not stop the intaking water. Once after booking the complaint the technician arrived charged Rs 200/- and said machine working. But from the very next day it is taking water but not wahsing. Then called up the technician for more than 1000 times, he always replies that he has to come from uppal and will come on the next working day. Who is there in the house on a working day. Technicians should be advised to attend on holidays and sundays. For the past six months my machine is still not repaired. Can you help.

Hii, This is Srikanth, currently i am staying in Nellore, in last October, i was purchased a Video con Washing machine, i never use this machine fully, i got the trouble in that machine, so i complained to that authorized service center, now its self the problem was not rectified. I complained to that service center more than 25 days back, once that person came to my home, and checked, he told me, sir it has some pc board problem, we will replace that board, so we need some to time to replace that board, because i need to complained to company. Company will send that board to the center, then we will replace that board.

I am not satisfy with this kind of service, Please kindly take my complaint, who is that authorized person, please solve my issue as early as possible.

i am a customer of Videocon washing machine from last 6 years, but from last 3 months i am facing a water leaking problem from the machine, the Alapuza- (Kerala) customer care person checked the machine twice and not able to find the problem, he reported there is no problem with the machine, the Alapuzha team was not willing to listen us, finally I was connected to Mr.Abilash (service manager{as he said}) he promised it will be solved as soon as possible. But there was no use. Still (after 3 months) I am with the problem. Sir why these customer care people are not caring the existing customer. i am felling very disturbed about this attitude.

My name is malati.We purchased a Vedeocon fully automatic washing machine on 26th october 2009 on my husbands name(R.ARUN KUMAR) from TMC HYDERABAD.It worked proerly till april 2010 and stopped working from then onwards.We gave several complaints and some local agency people came and tried but could not repair that.Then they have taken the machine,kept it in their shop and everytime we call up they are saying it is under repair,but not delivering the machine.It is going on from April 2010 till date.I am 8th month pregnant now and you can understand my mental and physiacal condition.I ask you to please look into this matter.
