[Resolved]  Videocon Industries Ltd. — authorised customer care not caring

I had purchased Videocon rosa plus on[protected] and within one year 12 complaints. I am not satisfied with videocon washing machine, customer care and their service.

Since I had purchased I had logged so many calls regarding this machine which is having several problems, your engineers visited at site but could not provide us satisfactory results.

Now since one month machine was having problem of leakage and engineer had visited told us “There was dust in seal I cleaned now there is no problem when we had told us to let us check he had told we are here if you will find problem we will come again” when we started washing cloths leakage was heavy and drier motor got burnt. We logged complaint and engineer visited and replaced motor. But leakage problem was still there. I called to Mr. Pawan Sharma who is the in charge of service for North region as per my information and they had taken our machine at service center. I communicated with him to know the status of the machine and got information from him that there is leakage on drain pipe assembly and near wash tub we had ordered these parts it will take some time.

After one week they returned machine in very worst condition leakage was much heavier than earlier and I again called to Mr. Pawan Sharma he sent an engineer who had seen machine and commented that this machine had not got any repair for a long time there was so much dirt under wash spinner which shows that nothing had been done at service center and machine got scratched during their transportation. Engineer had opened machine side drain and found pipe was not fixed properly so there was heavy leakage. He fixed pipe with some tape and shown us no leakage. After 3 days when we again checked I got leakage again. I again informed to Mr. Pawan and engineer visited with seal. He replaced the seal and shown there is no leakage.

When at morning I put water and 2 shirts machine started leakage through drain pipe. Drier is not taking load, when we put wet cloths in drier. Drier tub is not spinning. I again talked with Mr. Pawan Sharma and he answered me that I am again calling to my team to take this machine in service center. Last time when they had taken this machine in service center they returned me machine with lot of scratches and in worst condition without resolution what he will do again

Videocon Industries Ltd. — poor after sales service

Our washing has stop working on 08/07/12. Mr. Biplab Mondol of millennium Service Center inspected it on 09/07/12 against receipt no. 1455 dt. 09/07/12. He promised us to return within 7 (seven) days with "pulssator" but did not till today 29/07/12. Please look into the matter urgently.

VideoCon Fully Automatic Washing Machine

Videocon has the worst customer service/customer care i am aware of.
1) When i called their line i pressed option 2 for English, still its transferred to someone who speak Hindi. I inform him i want to speak to someone who speaks English. He keep me on hold for 10-15 minutes and then the line is cut by itself. This has happened 4-5 times in the last 3 days. Such is the service.

2) 3 days back when i called customer care, After informing of the urgency for servicing they said they will send someone immediately. But no one came. Even if you do wait for 48hrs, Its more than 48 hrs no one has come or called. Not sure how 48hrs is checked and calculated there.

3) in the last 3 days i have received SMS that 3 different service engineer will come. When i call them on the number mentioned, even after calling 4 to 5 time at different times during the day, they dont pick the call and neither do they call back.

All companies pay utmost attention to cutomer care and here vidoecon does not care for the customer. It made me regret for going in for a washing maching and an AC from videocon. I will never recommed it to anyone...even by mistake.

we have launched a complaint with videocon for washing machine on 10/11/2012. On the same day one Mr.Dinesh Kumar attended the complaint and informed us the bearing to be changed.He said that he will place the order for the same.Then we spoke to them on 22nd of November 2012.They confirmed that they have no stock for the same. Then they themself cancel our complaint and given a SMS to our mobile and informing that our complaint has been cancelled. It is under warranty purchased on 14/05/2010.Then again we have launched a complaint for same problem. Their second complaint number is CHE[protected] booked on 01/12/2012.There is no response till today. If we are asking videocon service centre means they are asking us to return the washing machine to Vivek showroom where we have purchased. Finally we approached vivek showroom and they confirmed that videocon will do the service before this week end. One day remaining for this week.In this regard we spoke to all executives at videocon, there is no response. Their phone numbers are [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected].

I m Recharged my id 83788300..@ rs 200 Less 150 rs without any [protected]@ 2-9-2014. & Thechnical error complain s too much.. Every months Pay 150 extra for technician.. Service is too bad.. costumer care service s very bad..

I am complaining about signal problem
