[Resolved] Videocon Integra 27hd — PCB Faulty | |||
I have purchased Videocon Integra 27HD LCD TV on Apr'08 . While purchasing I have checked the TV with the help of AV1 and AV2 , the other port for example HDMI1 and HDMI2 were not checked as the dealer didn't had the HDMI cable. Now while installing the DIshTV HD box I have found that the HDMI port was faulty and the PCB needs to be changed, which costs Rs. 5K. Now its clear that the product at the time of purchase was faulty and for which the customer is suffering Was this information helpful? | |||

I have launched a complaint on 22nd August for my Videocon LCD complaint--- number DEL[protected], Six times engineer visited & two times Lcd call Back to service center works shop but still my complain not resolved and there is no any satisfaction remarks given by service center.
