[Resolved] Videocon LCD 32" — dead just after 1 week | |||
i had brought a LCD of videocon on 6/10/11 from kohinoor electronics @ laminton road its just 7 days and my lcd is not working called the shop and service center and got a reply would be done only after 48hours, can imagine LCD which is 1 week old and gone dead, when i asked them how can this happen to a brand new i would need a replacement or i am willing to pay extra and go for better brand and the answer they give sir its an electronic product and we can replace it .... You are in for a ride. I had bought LED tv and in three months picture and sound went. Now I am tormented by call centre and service providers. I am a ping pong ball. Please let me know your resolutuion. [protected]@gmail.com
