[Resolved]  Videocon LCD TV — Tuner problem

Sir,
I purchased a 32" LCD videocon TV on november 2010. While purchasing they issue an extended warranty of two years. After one year my TV have a tuner problem.I gave a complaint in the costumer care regarding the complaint. They are saying that the TV is not in warranty period even though they given the extended warranty.I given several complaints but they said that the extended warranty is not applicable.Kindly do the needful and give me suggestion how to proceed further. I am attaching the purchased bill and extended warranty.
