[Resolved] Videocon Prepaid — 118.00 Rs Balance Unnecessary Deducted. | |||
My Self Sonu Singh.I have purchase a New sim card of Videocon.It has activated on 8th April '10.And there is a scheme of sms in my card after a 2 sms my 100sms is free and i have send the sms.On that day my 118.00 rs has been unnecessary deducted on sms. I have called on customer care they have Commited that they will refund my balance within 6.00pm.But still my balance has not been refunded.Also they have barred my customer care no.... so that i will not able to contact on customer.so please help me.. this is my complaint no. 37440452 date[protected].
problem is that videocon deduct my amount 45 rs. from my balance for caller tune. which i have never needed .
and a was suffering to get back this amount .but executive not responding properly. i have already complaint about videocaon againt Customer forum for mental harassment to me. and also plain to go to case againt the company. i[censored] will do anything please do.otherwise u will responsible for that.
