Videocon Refrigerator — Not responding by the dealer/ company

I have purchased Videocon Refrigrator 180 Ltr Sr. No.[protected]k26/w/26 from P.Das electronics, Nr. Town Hall, Petlad - 388450; viz. Cash memoNo. R/4, Bill No.388 dated 25.12.2007.

as my refrigrator is in warranty period.

since last 1 month my refrigrator is not working i had been registered complaint at my dealer P.Das electronics, Nr. Town Hall, Petlad - 388450 but as on today my refrigrator still not working and no one from company or dealer responding my complaint. i have called them everyday since last month they are not ready to respond nor coming and repair my fridge.

so if my complaint not handled within two day i will proceed for consumer court
