[Resolved]  Videocon Refrigerator — Improper Service

I availed the facility of Videocon Group Authorized Service Centre Digital Service Point, 79, Naveen Park, Rajendra Nagar, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad to service my Videocon Refrigerator Model No. D 240, for not cooling vide complaint number GHA [protected]
The service engineer visited and diagnosed, the fault of Fan Motor and charged Rs 1000/- to replace the same.
After changing the motor, there is no effect on the referigerator and the cooling was not there. After so many followups and phones nobody turned up to take the call of repairing it.

On calling the Service Centre - Digital Service Point on the very next day, a very rude reponse was given in a very bad matter that is not at all acceptable to any customer in this world.

We again called up the Customer Care Centre to register the complaint, but nothing has been happened uptil now

I request you to look into the matter. We approached the authorised service centre for the quality work and in good faith of reputed company.
