Videocon Refrigerator — Not working properly and also damaged | |||
I bought a 80lt videocon marvel refrigerator, model no - VCL 093/2013 on 12/05/13 from goyal furniture& electronics, khadki, pune- 411003. The refrigerator is not working properly and its also damaged in interior compartment. So, kindly take action to replace it for a new refrigerator. Was this information helpful? | |||

I have made a Complaint having Complaint No. 130445 regarding Refigrator is not working but the response is zero. Their engineers come to us and said now its workin fine but the problem is still cont..pleaset try to resolve the above said issue.

Dear Sir,The Refrogerator in the Name of Krishan Kant Sharma (Baldev Sharma) was purchased during Mar-Apr. 2008. The same was not working. When we attempted a number of complaint, the mechanic came and changed the compressor and filled the gas. After that no cooling in the lower portion of the double door refrigerator. We have asked the machenic. he then changed the timer. But still the problem persists. Now no cooling in any of the chamber of the refrigerator.
Kindly get the refrigerator attended and corrected.

Videocon — refrigerator not working
we have bought vediocon refrigerator model d-245 date 17-11-08 since than 2 times gas has been filled n 15days back compressor has been changed but it's still not working... we asked there customer care representative that please change our refrigerator but they not willing too... they said it is not possible we will again repair it... we r really disappointed with the company's employs r behaving with us...
