[Resolved]  Videocon Refrigerator — NO RESPONSE FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE

I had purchased a 190 Ltr. Videocon refrigerator on 04/07/09 from Great Estern, Kolkata-Dalhousei. After purchasing, it's compressor is not working & is creating noise and vibration. They have changed the compresor in April-10 after the launch of my complaint. But again now its not working. I am facing the same problems. I have launched a complain on 03-07-10. My complaint no. is KOL[protected]. Till now they have not take any step to solve the problem. I want a fresh replacement of the refrigerator. Because this is the 5th time problem of this refrigerator during this one year.
Please take steps immediately.
