[Resolved]  Videocon Television — service complaint

I have bought a television (tv-f21 WSWP-Sr no-[protected][protected]from T V Center Khalilabad Sant kabir Nagar.That is not working last three month i have given complaint to the dealer Mr. Akram (Prop-T V Center) he give me assurance to service. In regular follow up this is not working last 20 days ago he said that your t v is working and you have to paid Rs.1500.00 for service charge their fault in circuit’s have paid full amt Rs.1500.00 when i checked it on our home there is audio video plug not working .I have complaint it to customer care and them also but it is still not i received any response from them .and he saying that its responsibility to service center Gorakhpur.
Sir, since I delivered to the television to T V Center I have 15 no. times complaint to customer care and service to service center Gorakhpur from my no-[protected], [protected] but i received only assurance for service in 24 hours. But it is still not resolved.
Mr. Sanjay Saxena Videocon Service Gorakhpur.Mr.Amit Sing SM Videocon Service Gorakhpur Mr.Akhiles, Mr .Pal, the y are only give us assurance. Last time when I complaint to Mr sanjay saxena they badly behave with us and said to unable provide service.

Sir, I am too much facing problem during three months kindly help for the same.
