Dear Sir,
I purchased one Videcon colour TV in August 2009, and the colour display is not okay, it has been serviced atleast 4-5 times since i purchased. Every time I make a complaint the service engg. attends, but the fault remains the same. The TV has a one year warranty, it looks like time buying exercise by Videocon Company...I want videocon to replace the TV
