I want to inform u that I bought my refrigerator on 18/05/09, and from last 2 months its light is not working despite of so many telephonic requests and by complaining to service center i m getting only assurance but no service, from last 10 days there is no cooling again i made a complain on 13/8/09 to the shop i bought my refrigerator again i m getting assurance only.
Now only due to there such behavior i have been compelled to complain u people, wether ur company has any resposibilties for there customers or You have just kept target for selling products only . I had very bad experience can u help me in dealing with my problem? Can i look to u senior people who can reduce my tension & guilty for buying this product. With hope for service, Urs Sencerely
