Problem in washing Machine

Dear Sir,
I have purchased videocon washing mc Multie 6800 model Serial No VI0829479 on 07/12/2009 from Rajaram Vinodkumar Renukoot Sonbhadra UP.

After one month of purchasing this m/c, we were getting issues like drain leakage. M/c stopped suddenly, movement of washing system in one direction.
We called your service team many times but did not get the permanent solutions.
Last week your service team visited here to check the washing machine and given the solution but that was not permanent solution. Today my washing machine is creating same problem again.
This is new machine & under the warranty period .if your service team is not able to provide the permanent solutions,
Pl changes the machine and provide me new machine without any problem.

Dear Sir,
I am vijay jain we have given the compaint few days back my compaint no is HYD0508090083 We have taken the washing machine from DIGNITY ENTERPRISES, R.P . ROAD, SECUNDRABAD on 29.01.2007 bill no :006892 Videocon washing machine model5500 as we have spoken at this number for rectifing the problem of the machine which they are telling that the macanignizem have to change the cost is of rs 3800=00 phone no: 9849073997, 9966474747, 02431251525, 02431324445, 04040200738
the machine cost is rs 9300=00 { Inclusive of 12.5% vat tax }
Just we want to know that if the company is manufacuring this type of the machine which will work for 2.5 years to 3 years and giving the warranty for 2 years what we can expect the performance from videocon industries ltd, and not geeting any type of responce from them as have talk to the person at they said that we will do somethink but afterwards they said sorry we cant do anythink you should pay for that. I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THE ANSWER
So we are mailling you If we will not get anytype of answer from yours side then at the top we will write the letter and inform that please send the message to all of the person not to use the videocon washing machine.

If we are paying 9300=00 and getting this type of trouble then we are not happy with this brand,
As in the market we have listen that videocon products is ok but the service and profomance is not good in the market, the person in the market is telling to take LG, WHIRLPHOOL, IFB, SAMSUNG, GORREJ, ETC... ARE MORE better than Videocon,

We very sorry to bring your your notice that we have purchased videocon washing mc from Jain Electronics Bina ProjectSonbhadra UP and the same creating too much problem now.As we have blind faith on Vediocon products and without hesitation we used to buy but due to this we think that it will lead to short fall to your credit in market.

We not usde to get service centre no. and no address.

The problem this m/c, getting issues like drain leakage and spining tub in not working.. M/c stopped suddenly..

We try to reach your service team many times but did no one has visited from last one and half year and the dealer used to say that we had broken the tie up from vediocon and not selling any product now.The dealer behaving so rudely that it likes we forced to buy from him only or no oher can avail the ssales & ervices of Vediocon.Kindly request to keep tie with good dealers who can help customers to resolve issues instead of creating issues.

Today my washing machine is creating much problem also we not able to take to this any local repair shop as we have only trust on Vediocon Service centre.

If your service team is not able to provide the permanent solutions Kindly request you to just say that we can do nothing or we cannot provide service in that area,
