[Resolved]  Vijay Sales — Ordered product not delivered

I was a loyal customer of Vijay Sales since last 4 years. Howeve, I got a bitter experience this time.
I ordered an AC (LG) at Vijay Sales'S Opera branch around 13-15 Feb 2011 and asked them to deliver it to my Navi Mumbai address where I was going to shift on 19th Feb. Today is 1st of March, however, the AC has not yet reached even after recurrent requests and followup.

All the time i call they try to sooth me by saying it will reach to you today between 2pm - 9pm. I am really annoyed by Vijay Sales's service.
