Vinod Jaiwant (his Cell ph number- [protected]) is unauthentic, false and lair person of LIC Home Finance, Thane office. After grabbing your documents and cheque he WILL NOT PICK YOUR PHONE AT ALL. And even if you keep on calling him, after 100 attempts he will pick up your phone and will say, call in 10 mins. And this 10 mins will not come. Vinod Jaiwant will talk very pleasantly till he collects your all the documents and will do false promise that he will sanction your loan within a week time. He says, he know everyone in LIC home finance and will make my case more easy then other of his competitor agents.
After taking all the papers and fees cheque he will disappear and will not pick up your call at all. You have keep on trying whole week, day and night to talk to him. When he will pick a call, he will say, call me in 1o mins. And again will not pick up your call for one week. And he will ask some other documents with in no time. He will not call you at all to know what is missing unless you call him. Moreover he will say, your fees will not be refunded.
After submitting all the needful documents, Vinod Jaiwant will again ask for same set of documents. When asked him, why is he asking us the same documents, he will say, LIC Home Finance guys lost all the documents and we need to again get all those documents again.
He will seat in his office ( his office and his staff seats in other building now) and in front of you, he will tell his staff to work on your case. As soon as you go, he will stop working on your case.
After all this you will be asking for so many documents again and again.
