[Resolved]  Visa2work — australian visa

Address:Chennai, Tamil Nadu

worst experience with this consultancy . i have approached them regarding a visa to australia, they asked me to pay 15 thousand. they have promised me we will this and that and i waited nearly 3 months. no response and each time i call they says we are busy and we are having a BIGGG concert in chennai. so what is that the way u deal with the clients and they are doing business in a wrong way that they say your case is dealt by a MARA agent from australia and this is fraud. you guys are biggest cheaters never over promise and do nothing about it. and after all they sent a email saying that u can apply for a tourist visa this is the answer i got. this is really bad. and pls dont ever consult them for visas. /never reply to telephone calls nor emails and no service standards at all and they say an ISO 9001 certified company. pls take off that u dont deserve this.

you guys pls shut down your business u deserve this.

Visa2work Consultants Customer Care's response
The explanation provided in response (via email below) disputes the biased claim that no work was done on the applicants case. Accurate information and advice has been provided and the applicant seems to be disgruntled with the fact that they do not meet the proper immigration requirements.

Dear Readers / Comment writers,

Please read below email communications exchanged with this client and he was aware that he needs to apply for a tourist visa to re-enter Australia. Since he breached his bridging visa norms. After taking full consulting this client wants want the 15% advance payment that he paid.

HI John,
I understood the whole process, i just wanted to know how we go ahead with the process. firstly i would give the authority to contact my case office any see if they can able to give the details whether the condition of the 8503 is attached or not. so that i can be able to take a decision to proceed or not. just now maria called and said that i have to pay 50, 000 rupees just to start the process. but i am willing to pay but what is the outcome gonna be like. if it is successful it will be fine, what if my tourist visa gets rejected or the no further attached. what will be my situations. pls john speak to the case officer first and then let me know it will be better for me.

Hi John,

I am assuming that he didn't apply for a bridging visa B before he left and so just left on a bridging visa A (BVA). So now he has no right to return to Aust. He can't make the application offshore. So he needs to try and get back into Aust and then have his BVA reinstated. But if his tourist visa to travel to Australia has condition 8503 (no further stay) attached to it then he may not get the BVA. First thing I would do is email his case officer if he has one and see if they can assist him to get the BVA when he returns. They may not be able to if he has condition 8503 attached to his visa. After speaking to the case officer he should try and apply for a tourist visa and see if the condition is attached. In this case it is really simple to apply for a BVB before you leave Aust and then you can re-enter and no problems.

Regards,

Matthew

I would like to rate Visa2work as a very professional, organised efficient consultancy! I approached them in September of 2013 and was skeptical about the migration process. After discussing with my family and friends, decided to sign up and on the same day as my registration, my skills assessment was completed!!! I was happy and a little worried that it should come through quick. As promised I received a positive assessment and within a few weeks, submitted my immigration papers. I received my family PR within 7 months and was amazed by the ease of the process. Visa2work has also referred me to their travelled candidates who have helped me sourcing accommodation and offered advice on proper schools for my children. I would surely recommend Visa2work for anybody who wants a reliable agent to process their PR application!
Visa2work is really great company. They take care of their customers very well. The employees are very professional, pleasant and courteous. The staff is very knowledgeable and efficient in office management. I would definitely recommend visa2work company to my friends in future for their visa work.
This is not complaint, but personal experience with Visa2Work and feedback about how they are.
I had visited them in October this year to help with dependent visa for Ireland (Long term). I had my work permit and wanted to take my spouse there. However, our both passport did not have spouse name, so we were scared to get dependent visa rejected. So, we found Visa2Work by surfing online and contacted them. John (Visa2Work head) replied saying dependent visa might be complicated in absence of spouse name in passport. I was sure that I have all the document ready and just wanted few information about dependent visa, however, here is what happen when I reached their office.
These guys are very PROFESSIONAL, this guy does not meet any one before making payments at reception of expected amount (I was charged INR 10500/- as standard fees), he examine all my document. There were lot of question like –how many year of gap in education, employment (seems like he was giving job offer), his assistance was busy in taking Xerox of all my document (not sure for what). He taken the amount for me and just went and applied the visa online (filled the form online, as we were fool sitting infront of him being in IT for 8 years). He just fooled us. He had the list of document in hand which we saw 100 times. However, Ireland embassy expect other list of document which given on Indian website, he was not aware (I am sure, he would have search in google before we reach there, and taken print out of expected document)
Once he completed my application filling online, I asked him, I mainly came for dependent, and not for my visa, since I know what I have to do.
Then he started saying many things (we had decided to fill it online our self and submit) about dependent visa and that scared us that my spouse visa might get rejected. John also said, he will prepare lot of documents supporting dependent. So I paid the amount 10500/- again.
At end what he did for dependent was - filled the form online, submitted and taken print out of it. Later, he started saying – get the document which shows you are staying together (even we were having all these print out ready, like marriage cert, bank statement, any joint loan statement)
At end, we felt that this guy just cheated us with 21000/- in couple of hours just to fill the form online. All these print out, Xerox were just taken for sake.
He said many things about visa interview before leaving his office - prepare like:
• How did you get this job?
• Which site? Technologies?
• Carry resume
• Be in formal dress
He also said, I have reference in visa office, and will recommend, so your visa comes soon (as he was thinking it will take 4-6 weeks).
We left their office (somehow being happy that our things will work), however here was the next stop:
We reached VFS office in complete formal with lot of preparation. We were given token, and called on a counter. After 2-3 minute of document verification – 1st question was asked – Where is PCC?
As per embassy website it was must to attach PCC with long term visa for each person. Also, there was no interview for Ireland on category which I was applying. This was not said by John (useless professional consultancy???). Somehow they accepted our application only to keep on hold later 
After coming out from visa office, I called John and said that you never said about PCC required, now they have asked for it. What’s the use of consultation? He was simply happy to say – oh, is it? Then go and apply form passport office and get the PCC. wow!!!
That time we realized that 21000/- was full in water and understood, Visa2Work had never processed any long term visa for Ireland (as said, processed for 70-80 people already to just fool us)
To summarize, Visa2Work might be experience in other things (which I am not aware), but seems their target is to just make money.
At end, we got our visa after getting PCC and requesting visa officer to hold the application until we get PCC. It was supposed to take 10 days, but ended waiting 40 days for it. 

This comment is in response to the posting beinginchennai.

First of all I want to thank the client for confirming that Visa2work is 'professional' and Reviewers please read in detail to understand the occurrence of incidents throughout the process.

1. Client calls us on 16th Oct asking for same day appointment- our appointments are full for the day. However I did my best to reschedule another appointment due to urgency of this client. At Visa2work, we do not meet clients without prior appointment, we follow this policy to provide and spend quality time in consulting, explaining the risk factor (not to scare them) and in the meantime verify current immigration law against their skill set. I have attached chat screenshots of this client from our CRM for review

2. She also commented that I did a google search. Client being in IT industry/sector confirmed by commenting that she had limited knowledge after working for 8 years in IT - expecting non IT consultant to do a google search.

3. Also PLEASE READ client confirming that she had all the document in place - her contradicting statement on screenshot attached confirms that 'I have collected all document'. Which means she did not have the document when she visited my office and collected later on after my consulting.

4. Both Applicant & Spouse are from Kerala, when asked for PCC, her child's birth certificate and passport - they confirmed their inability to provide and have no time for travel to Kerala to apply for the same. However, I advised the client to go head and apply for the visa, while her visa is on process. Apply for PCC (emphasized)

4. On 19th October, client approached VFS to submit application - they have requested for PCC, but both applications are accepted by VFS and visas were processed - with conditions to submit/provide PCC if the Visa officer requests for additional document. This client expects us to call Irish embassy to instruct them to process their application without Police Clearance - just to avoid their travel get this piece of document. Even the most foolish and ignorant illiterate won't expect a consultant to advise consultant to by pass policies. On the other hand, this application was processed successful without refusal or returning of application. No appreciation for getting the visa!!

5. The client also comments that she was not informed about the interview. Everyone knows that VFS is only a facilitation center to collect/submit documents to embassy/consulate. This ignorant client was expecting a interview at VFS (how ignorant). (Notification will be made to the clients only if there is an interview)

Sorry, we have to justify our stand, not to put them down in a public forum. However, Visa2work family wishes them a successful career in Ireland. Visa2work provides professional guidance and advise, we are one among the very few global consultants to return 100% of the fee collected when visas are refused for our client.
This guys are a cheater I would now say. He did not even know about visa process for Ireland.

1. I know any biz guys are always busy and show them busy if not, I can understand because Visa2work taken 5 hours for us to apply (fill 2 form online) Visa. How can be free.

2. Yes, anyone going first time to any country will surely do google search and get confused with list of document that does not mean client was not working in IT.

3. Can you list out any document which you said was not present there? I might have not carried over your office, but was not there with me and you asked to get that? That’s not possible. What would I have to say?

4. You had just said one sentence one time "Do you have PCC", no then leave it. Did you force on that saying its must needed document? I never discussed about child visa, so please ignore that part. Because baby was not traveling with us

5. What appreciation are you expecting? For document accepted by VFS? Or getting visa after all trouble? Or for paying 23K? I appreciate your help in wasting our lot of time and money SIR. He also said that has contact in embassy, not sure if he does under the table payment for other visa, and he was the one who said "Don’t worry, I will give a call to person in VFS/embassy" and get your visa processed sooner than they take time. He wasn't aware that approval time itself was 10 days. And we wanted to travel after 15-20 days.

6. Everyone might know, but I was not aware that VFS is only document collection centre. That was your things to say, they only collect documents. You said many things about interviews/resume

After all Visa2Work is very professional and everyone might not have same experience. I have just shared my experience. We might have over expected from consultant office.

After all, he was the one cleared doubts and put some strength to go ahead with document whatever we have. So, please disregard my comments. I would say delete these comment if possible because I have feeling that " It was my OVER feelings" and OVER expectation from Visa2work.
