My Gas NO. is- 13072 (Sanjay Sharma). I have Booked A GAS ON Dt.- 14/10/2016. I have received a message from BPCLPG on Dt-19/10/2016 your LPG Refill order No-81911 has been cancelled. I was contact the Distributor office at Indrapuram & asked to Brijender that GAS not delivered? He said GAS WILL BE DELIVERED on Tomorrow Dt-20/10/2016. But IT IS NOT DELIVERED 21/10/2016 till 7.00 PM. I was also reminder in morning for GAS Deliverer, Again he said 100% today your GAS Cylinder will be Delivered. The MANAGER Brijender NO. [protected], HE WAS NOT PICKING UP THE CALL, BUT I KEPT TRYING AFTER 10-15 CALLS & DID NOT REPLIED.
This is a very poor service Indicate & Harassment to the Consumer. I am very upset from the Agency side.
Kindly take a action as soon as possible.
