It was pathetic experience from vlcc institute PATNA Branch..i had booked my party make up on 10.07.2012.I hadtold them to do my make up from Sanjana.,but when i reached there it was done by some one else which wasnot as per standard of vlcc..Also they behaved rudely..I think they have to first learn the etiquette of talking with customers,,As your existence in market is only because o[censored]s THE CUSTOMERS..I advised all of you to think twice before visiting this salon..WORTHLESS EXPERIENCE!! VLCC Institute COCHIN stopped responding to my emails after the payment was made and books delivered. Its been more than 11 months since i got any kind of reply from them
