[Resolved] Vodafone — Problem in Recharge Voucher | |||
Dear Sirs, I was purchase a recharge voucher Sl. No.[protected] on your retailer, but the problem is in this voucher, two nos. is not seeing properly, hence I could not recharge this voucher. Please note that I lodged the problem in your customer care department, they are saying, we can not any thing in this matter and after my several requests, he did not give the complaint no.. Now you tell me, what is the correct attetude of your customer care person ? You are requested to kindly see this matter and revert back immediately. Vodafone — recharge voucher not working
Respected sir,My name is E.sharath babu i have a vodafone network bearing number [protected],on 10th of april , i purchased a recharged coupon worth rupees 20 & could not recharged.when i went to the customer care they said the whole recharge coupon of cost Rs 20/- are not working,this type of service will not be appreciated you cant force your customer to run post to pillar.Please give feedback for this
