Vodafone — MNP Portout

Dear all,



I have connection of vodafone since last 3 years. my number is [protected], i want to leave your service due to poor network service in drive inn area of ahmedabad,due to that i had put portout request on 19/05/2011 and i receive upc code immediately, i submit that code with my new serivce provider airtel on 21/05/2011 and purchase a new sim card.



Now on 24/05/2011 i receive an sms saying that i can't port out due to some reasons.. when i contact your customer care they told me that i can't portout due to any v2v 40paisa scheme which your company provide me COMPULSARY as i want to portout....



and your executive told me that if still i want to portout i need to follow portout procedure once again.



My question is that How can you complulsary provide me any scheme without my permission???

and due to that why i waste my time and money for portout procedure once again??????

Your company will pay me money for that time which i will pay for second time portout procedure??



Morever during my talk on 24/05/2011 at 8.30pm from my [protected] number to your customer executive ..Mr.trivedi has no idea how to talk with customers.. when i second time called your customer service to complain about his behaviour with me your executive try to make me fool by saying me that we cant write complain about staff's behaviour.. as i know the rules, i ask him to transfer a call to his seniour he immediately log my compalin..



STOP TO MAKE FOOL CUSTOMERS AND HARASS. WE KNOW WE CANT DO ANY THING OF YOU BUT THIS NEGATIVE FELLING WILL BE WITH ME FOREVER and WILL NEVER USE YOUR SERIVCE AND WILL NEVER SUGGEST ANY ONE TO USE YOUR SERVICE.





pls. look into the matter seriously,i have log complain FOR 2 reasons

1). How you can Active any service without my permission?? due to that why i can't portout??



2). Wrost Behaviour of your staff during talk with me.
