Vodafone service is bloody so poor I complain 3 times and haven't gotten resolved yet. I can sent or received messages.

I can't send and receive messages or call. Nobody should Vodafone. Worst part is they closed service request without confirm atipn of this issue has resolved or not. Very unprofessional service.

I'm From Surat. I Cant Receive Any type of text messages from any one. And I'm Using Idea And Vodafone. Idea's Customer complaint manager was said that the problem is in your phone. so how can i solve it?
Idea is Not Giving me The proper solution for this.

Hi there,

I am unable to send sms from my lava 242 mobile with hutch network. I have checked the smsc number too. It's the same as earlier [protected]. I am able to do calls and getting msgs too.
