Useless customer care

I am Ravindra one of the customer of "Vodafone" having a mobile number-[protected] suffering from the worse services just because o[censored]seless "Customer Care Services.
My purpose of writing is only to tell other people of Vodafone how much Useless company management you are having in Mumbai, no one is sincere here in working.
since last few months and I am unable to talk to the customer care department as the number 111 is always busy. Every month they are charging for an unwanted service.

My mobile no is [protected].I am fadeup to your vodafone service.Because the service of vodafone is very fake & the customer executives are all irresponsible.without my confirmation SMS they deduct amount 30/- from my account for activated caller tune (10.09.10).Why should I pay the amount for the default of vodafone service?But I paid the amount that day & I credit 25/- that day.As per your rulles the amount deduct 28/- for credited amount.I reacharge 40/- on 13.09.10 & get talktime 34/-.As the calculation it should be deduct 28/- & get should be 6/-credit in my account.But still now my amount is -24/-.

PLEASE SOLVE MY PROBLEM AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE.

Vodafone services The billing system is all fraud. They add up nos even to the messages.
The network is pathetic. there are call drop and services down allmost all the areas.
There customer care executive are ridgit and rude. I have gone to their store for a name change for allmost 5 times and it takes more than a quarter for the same request.
They dont convert postpaid to prepaid. (unlike any other service provider)
I am your customer since Hutchison Era and so far had except once or twice had no problem. My cel no is [protected]. Last 15 days I am being by cricket alert by SMS from number 55677. I have made many complaints to customer care thru phone calls and acted many ways according to guidance given. Every action by me was preceded with a message saying " service deactivated '. But still those (5/6 per day ) are jamning my inbox. I am a busy professsional and have Reliance and Airtel phones. So far I had been using Vodafone as my business phone. If these SMSs are not stopped within 48 hours, I shall be forced to discontinue..

only recorded stuff is played, and no customer executive available...
i am useing your nte work since 6yrs.how you deduct my 30 rupees for music junction renew charges when i did not sms for any silly things this is not my requirement this insident has happen atlist 4 to 5 times why it happen kindly inform me othiswise i will cancel youre orange service immidetly

i am farshad shaik, i have been using this number since 2007. During this period i noticed a main thing is, vodafone is providing poor customer care serivce. None of the agent from customercare is giving proper resonse or correct resolution and disconnecting the call by saying that they are transferring call to super visor. My problem is no easy method to check the gprs balance, if we are trying to check bal through ussd, a calertune is getting activated, during this regard when i calledup cuctomer care at the time when i got message, they are ready to deactivate service but not ready to pass money. So i request you to deactivate service and pass my money back to me. If you fail to do so i will change service provder. Loosing one customer may not effect you, but it will cost you bcoz 109 of my relatives and 1243 of my friends 2456 of my villagers will change their numbers and so this will effect you because 2456 villagers has friends and relatives and this will cost you for just @30.rs, hope you will solve my problem

My name is Beena. I WAS your postpaid customer and today I DONT WANT to take up your services at all the reason being YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE. People at Customer Service do not have basic mannersims. they are VERY VERY rude to the customers and NOT AT ALL customer friendsly. Please look into this before you could lose your customers.


Not to forget that I also have your Prepaid since 8 years. Today I had to cancel the Postpaid connection just because of the attitude of executives.

Another thing which I would like to mention is about the rental charges. My SIM was disabled by one of your outbound call advisor and guess what I paid the rental charges for the same for aroung 4 months. When asked as to why should I pay when I did not use the services, the answer I got was you have to pay the rental charge. I asked them to check that there are no calls made. Nobody would listen to it.

Is someone there who can ACTUALLY LISTEN TO THEIR CUSTOMERS IN VODAFONE.
vodafone is having its worst costomer care service they have so complicated way to connect them to ask query regarding the the services they provide

Your vodafone coustomar care of bharuch is very poor. his service and his managere is very lezy to attened his own phone and answring.

I am talk to customer care at 3.00 pm aprox. and tell me that i call him twice for my id proof and resi proof completed or not. so i call him back at 5.55 pm and mr. shailesh prajapati call me that i am not call me at 3.00 pm aprox. I know that my every phone call to coustmer care and who attted it. In this condition what is wrong with me give me reply for that. In this situation vodafone incoming calls HIDE the name and numbers. My question calll to custmer care for that but they not given me satisfy answer. Vodafone — Abusive messages from a Vodafone subscriber

Sir, I am receiving abusive messages from the number [protected].... Kindly send me the user details to my mail id [protected]@gmail.com and please ban the number
Today i called up vodafonr customer care instead of answering one general information (not account specific) she keeps on asking question like a parrot your name and no.Now dont tell me they cant even know the no displaced on their computer screen.I was irritated abd told her i want to speak to her supervisor and then she disconnected the call.
Latest Vodafone ad says to make someone feel special but i guess this was the way to make me irriated.

I tried vodafone customer care about 100 times but every time it took 10 min to contact cstomer care executive and after connecting......replied this is a wrong number.
Why vodafone adverties " Happy To Help", they just looting customers, I also tried its balance inquiry number and every time it show " Request not completed"

Vodafone Mumbai — no sincerity towards customers problem

i visited so many times to vodafones different shops but i found all the places people are same.[vodafoe staff]
they only belive how to cut the customer may be by convincing or confusing.
if a single guy is not inposition to confuse the particular customer then other members and even boss will also join to ruin the customers.

they will always avoid to convert the card prepaid, to make it possible customers are fighting like a passanger of auto-rickshaw who refuses to go to destination.

staff of vodafone so irritative like we feel that we are criminals who took their connection but there is no choice becouse without mobile todays life is not easly possible. some people told me if you change the service provider you may get more complication becaouse in all over world crow is black only.

i feel culture of vodafone is to damage the people not manage the people.
