My Vodafone number is 9825672723.my last date of internet service is 14-6-2012 but company deduct internet surfing charges on 13-6-2012 and this scheme is also auto renewal but company doesn't renewal that scheme....when i call to customer care and talk about this problem no any responsible answer from them my deducted balance is 150 rs..i talked with Mr. Narendra Bhasi in vodafone customer but he talk very roughly and very irresponsible...
please rply me.

before some days I have recharge my mobile with Rs.100. But after sometime it has been deucted with Rs. -300.00 with do any type of work on mobile .

I got service msg in to my service inbox in (9919465522) my nokia 3610 mobile handset on the date of 15/04/2010. The message was as "Kare Unilimited Download Free bilkul Apke Liye " After receiveing the message i click on retrive button after clicking the button they activated one kind of services and deducted approximately 100 rupeees from my account .I am very much depressed because they are just doing Fraud with us .

I am useing ur prepaid conection with number 9645456502. last two weeks back 96 rupees deducted from my account for activation Vodafone GPRS. i was called ur coustmer i got this information from thier... But i am useing nokia 1661 handset and alos that handset is not supporting GPRS services... so i want my money refund back,,,,this is a genuie complaint......

Hello ! my complaint is about balance deduction . this is second time that they have deduct my balance of RS 21 .. first time on 22 oct 2010 .. they said sir you have activated scheme of rs 21 internet pack and its feature and all .. but i disagrees that i have not done or activated ,this scheme they register my complaint on 22 oct 2010 and said your query will resolve by 25 oct 2010 on behalf complaint no. 2169030452 then again i called up after 25th they said sir plz wait there was a sunday in between days so thats why we are not able to resolve .. then again they said saturday was there ... They didnt give me resolution .... BUT THIS IS AGAIN ON 2 NOV 2010 THEY DEDUCT BALANCE I HAVE REGISTERED COMPLAINT 2170691302 .. THEY ARE STILL SAYING FOR WAIT TILL 4 NOV.. NOW WHAT I SHOULD DO RESPOND ME

Twice deduction of my balance. I complained so many times but all in vain..
they are making fool because they ask for 48 hours and then they dont even bother about the customer.

I Jasmanpreet Singh, want to say you that my Vodafone no is 7837502626. Unwanted services like music zone, V2V sms pack, internet packs are being activated on my no. automatically, and amount is deducted from my balance. I am so worried to this problem even i have activated DND service on my no. If i call on 198 or 121 ur CC executive make some nonsense excuses like I have activated this service, service is automatically activated, yor are selected customer for this service etc.. only once my balance was refunded. but now it is not refunded. Last wednesday dated 11-11-2010, Rs, 21 was deducted for some Internet service pack. even talk with CCE and registering my complaint there is no refund of my balance. So plz I request u to solve my exixting problem and improve Vodafone services. I have already stopped using my previous Vf no 8054144608 due to this problem.

Dear Sir
I am using 2 nos. of vodafone Connection (9899870595 & 9811694453) . In both connection I have not any type of Connection of Internet & also I have not swithched on GPRS in my Mobile Phones . But the balance has been deducted from my balance Rs. 98.00 both connection . When I talked to Customer care they are sayng that your Intertnet is Swithched on . But when my GPRS is not on how can the internet facility can be on . After talking to customer care they (C. Care) did not stop to deduct tha balance from mobile . I am unable to think that what should I do . At last I can throw the both sim from my phones and also thinking to go to Consumer court .
Kindly give me the right direction to do .

a service is activated automatically in my mobile no. and deducted my account balance. it is done more than 5 times in a month..

I am getting an error on my Vodafone SIM DND service unavailable and everytime I am charged for the SMS 10 paisa per 10 KB. Please suggest what could be the reason. I ahve deactivated GPRS services on my prepaid number but the SMS keep coming which causes deduction of balance.

today i got a sms from Vodafone saying "As per your request Caller Tune service is activated. Rs.30.00 is charged as service rental for 30 days. Next rental will be deducted as per the availability of balance in your account on 06 Apr 2011. To deactivate send CAN CT to 144 (Tollfree). " and
again just after few seconds i got another text from "56789" which reads like "Your Callertune service has been activated!Movie/song ka naam 55655(toll free) par SMS karke Callertune badle.Hit song chunne ke liye call kare 123(toll free)"
i did not request for any such callertune service from my number to Vodafone and still they 've deducted Rs.30 from my balance !! And this is not the first time they did it to me , i've faced such balance deduction problems from vopdafone before too!! i'm so sick with Vodafone now !! please help me out !!

i am a senior vodafone customer. my mobile number is 9584593180. i am khageshwar prasad choubey residing from rishabhtirth damaudhara distt. janjgir-champa. on on 07-03-2011,19:44:09 i lost 30 Rs. my main balance by caller tune activation, but i beg to state that i did not any type of attempt to subscribe the caller tune .

dear sir, iam brought a vodaone prepaid sim no:9050506760.after that i am recharged it with 44/-rs and found 44/-.after some time i am send a massege (S ime no of my phone) to 52586 for receiving internet setting in my phone.i am tried many times.but no setting deliverd for me.then next day i am recharge my phone with 98/-rs for 1 month internet plain.after that i am send same massege,and i have received setting next few minutes.i am saved it.then i am started to use internet an also download a song from freesite: punjabimob.com.i am used aprrox 10 mb.then i am come my home and want to use internet.but could not.i am make a call to custmercare.they reply that your balance is in -44/-(nagetive).and they are reply that you are used internet before 4 hours of 98/-recharge.and you will used internet only with possitive bal.sir,compay not send any kind of massege to me that your balance is cutoff if you are used internet before 4 hours.pls setisfied me.thanks jitender kumar mob.9896042592 (cable opreter).i am not used any internet plan since the recharge.

Before completing 72 hours from date & time of scheme activated, they auto renewed another scheme.
My scheme Started on 20.03.2011 @ 2:30 p.m. for 3 days. & they renewed the scheme on 23.03.2011 morning 09:30 a.m.

My name is Ashwinder Singh & using the services of vodafone Essar, no is 9780908073I had a activated a plan of vodafone of rs 40 mb on my mobile for one day. i start using the gprs plan & there is no balance deduction from my account after one hour, when i use the pack again and after using the internet for another 2 hours , i see that my account balance reduces from 255.00 to 148.00, when i call to the company regarding this , they said that your 40 MB had been finished & this charges is for extra usage, as there is no intimation from your company side for this finishing of usage, so , the company had done wrong with me, please consumer complaints take necessary action

Hi,
This is extremely disappointing for me to write a mail to you as I never wanted to do so cos I understand what system up gradation is and what call procedures are.
But let me tell you very upfront that you have a pathetic customer care department.
All they can do is place the call on hold and then disconnect it as they do not have resolutions to the problems.
I have been complaining about my number 8859701212 registered on Paras Aroras name, from more than two weeks now but have not received a satisfactory answer for that.
I have been receiving messages from Vodafone about the auto deduction of Rs 399 towards the blackberry services on the 23rd march. I got my phone recharged with Rs 450 on 23rd by 11 am.
Now from the same day whatever internet usage I did I was charged for that. If my BB services were deactivated due to insufficient funds I should have received a message about it, which I did not receive.
After calling up the customer care department I visited the Vodafone store as well where in I didn’t get any resolution.
No further stories, my only concern is WHY WAS I CHARGED FOR GPRS WHEN BB SERVICES WERE ACTIVATED AND MONEY WAS DEDUCTED FOR THAT…..???
MY PHONE IS STILL ON GSM MODE RATHER THAN BEING IN EDGE MODE….
I need a call back or revert on this mail ASAP.

I,shilpi sharma have activated a value added service named beauty on my vodafone number,9711214034.From then till now,i have made many efforts to deactivate this service but its all in vain and the balance of rupee 1 is deducting daily.I have made a lot of complaints.
the comlaint numbers are 2188178408,155923980,5462086
Every time their response in the same that it wil be deactivated within 4 hours and it has not been till now. Moreover now the deduction has increased to rupees 30 per day.I am totally harassed by this attitude of the company.Kindly help me
