Internet connection problem

Respected Sir,
I have recharged internet connection on 15th OCT but not able to access to internet.Today I have asked vodafone customer care to provide internet connection but they did not respond to my complain. Please help to get internet connection settings so that I can easily access to internet.They are many more problems. My VODAFONE NUMBER IS 9583255693.

sir ihave recharged my usb modum with rs98 onthis month but the modum installed my laptop it will be automatically connected but the the message shown internet explorar cannot open the page .this message was seen yet. my vodaphone no is9585510315.
kindly rectify the defect. please send the procedure further step to my email id
