Vodafone — Biller beyond credit limit | |||
Dear Vodafone, I have been using Vodafone corporate connection for the past 1 years ([protected]) with plan 199 + 2g internet @ 2GB for 99 I have been charged 8000 for using approx 1GB data usage beyond the limit of 2GB. My credit limit is Rs.3800 only so why am i allowed to use beyond the credit limit? On calling customer care the answer i got is since i am a privilaged customer i was allowed to go beyong limit. So is that vodafone customers should change their service providers or keep unloyal to them?? More over for when we activate 2G upon using every 200MB we ll be receiving a sms from vodafone about the usage and for this number i did not receive any kind of intimating about the limit or usage. Evry time i call customer service for clarification they said they ll sort out and let me know the status by next working day but never did i receive any information from them. Since by services are barred now i have taking a uninor connection and to my strange they give you 3GB for just Rs.99 I feel vodafone pays no heed to customer service How do i expect this issue to be solved.
