प्रति, वोडाफोन एस्सार कम्पनी कार्यभार साधक अधिकारी महोदय, विषय-- लगे हुवे टावर से परेशानी बाबत, स्थान-- श्री नगर रायपुर cg 492001, महोदय, मेरे घर की छत पर आपकी कम्पनी वोडा फोन का टावर लगा है / टावर लगे करीब 5-6 साल हो रहे है / टावर लगाते समय छत पर लगी हुई टाइल्स को निकाल कर बेस {फाउंडेशन } बना कर टावर लगाया गया / 2- साल के बाद निकाली गई टाइल्स में बारिश की वजह से बारिश का पानी छत को ड़ेमेज़ { नुकसान } होने लगा / यंहा रायपुर आफिस के कार्यरत श्री अभयसिंग जी को सूचित किया गया उन्होंने कोई सहयोग नहीं किया /नुकसान ज्यादा होने लगा बार -बार निवेदन करते रहे/ श्री अभयसिंग के बाद उनकी जगह श्री प्रकाश रात्रे जी आये / उन्हें भी कई बार कहने की बाद उन्होंने काम चलाऊ रिपेयर करवाया हमने उनका आभार माना और ये कहा कि रात्रे साहेब ये जो आप थूक पालिश जैसा काम करवा रहे है ये अगली बारिश में ज्यादा नुकसान होगा/ और वही हुआ बारिश के पानी से छत ज्यादा ड़ेमेज़ होने लगा /हम बहुत परेशान हो गये फिर जो भी आपकी कम्पनी का आदमी आता उसे कहते वो देख कर चले जाते की जल्द से जल्द इसको बनवा देंगे / आज ये पोजीशन है बारिश का पानी हमारे घर के 2 रूम 2 बाथरुम 2 बालकनी की दीवारों से पानी अंदर आने लगा है जिसके कारण रूम में रखा फर्नीचर भी खराब हो रहा है / अब ये आने वाली बारिश से बहुत नुकसान होगा /दीपावली २०१४ के पहले से आपके कम्पनी के इंजीनियर श्री सीताराम जी से भी कहा की मेहरबानी करके इसे बनवा दे या फिर अपने बड़े अधिकारी से बात करे.उन्होंने ये कहा की बात हो गई .मेल कर दिये है जल्द ही काम हो जायेगा / आदरणीय महोदय हमारा आप सभी से विनम्र निवेदन है कि इस समस्या का समाधान तुरंत करने की मेहबानी करे / यदि समाधान नही करते है तो कृपया टावर को हटाने की मेहरबानी करे / आप सभी से हाथ जोड़ कर निवेदन है की हमें इस परेशानी से मुक्ति दिलवाए /आप साहबान को हमसे कोई गिला शिकवा है तो जरुर बताए / श्रीमान जी हमसे निवेदन करते यदि कोई भूल हुई हो तो क्षमादान चाहते है / धन्यवाद विनीत -आभारी चंद्रभान मूलचंदानी [protected] श्री नगर मैं रोड रायपुर {छग} विशेष-- कृपया पत्राचार हिंदी में करेंगें
