In September and October bills you have charged me for ISD calls which i have not made and what bill you charged me in September 168 rupees which i have already paid. And again you people charged me 100 in October month bill.so kindly requesting you to refund or deduct 168 rupees(september)+ 100 rupees(October) from current bill. I will not pay if it did not deduct.

I have been told on 21 November 2015 that my 499 plan in which I will be charged 399, 1200 mins local and std mins will be free 200 sms will be free and Internet will be free for life time..
Since then this plan is not been activated and I have been calling to customer departments frequently nobody is giving me an proper ans for not being activated only giving excuses and buying time by saying 5 working days or 48 hours and all. Some executive just hung up the call as well.
I am very disappointed with the service and behaviour of company because none of the them are taking it seriously.
So finaly I have to email it all the complaints.
Kindly look into the matter asap.

But initially they convinced for me local call for these two number is free. But now I am paying for these two connect in. I am using 3g service pack...Vodafone executive commited me for 1 gb they will charge 250 Rs beyond that speed will reduce n pack would be unlimited...now they have 750 Rs in Dec month bill...
They are cheating with consumers..n their pH customer executive says putt the mail anywhere we have no issues...subhash is the pH executive who were saying the same on 16.01.15 at 3.20 pm over the phone...
Just I cheked my net balance of this bill cycle...the msg I recd is "you have consumed 530 MB in ut bill cycle of your unlimited 3g data pack"
If net pack is not unlimited how they can send these msgs with the language o[censored]nlimited...

Vodafone India — Different vodafone postpaid plan activated by telecaller
I ported to vodafone postpaid from bsnl yesterday. Tele callers from vodafone told me that they will give 299 pack per month. But now they have activated 399 plan. Please help.For Deactivation of SMS from 12320
Please Deactivate to send Love SMS from the number 12320 because I don't want to this service. Unnecessary many more balance cut from my main balance.Unable to get balance (talk time)
My Vodafone number [protected] (west up) is not recharge online or even didn't get balance on above mention number (50) while my balance is debited from my account. So please sort out my issueDeduction of balance of Rs 198 on 16th Feb 2015
Balance of Rs 99 was deducted twice, thus making a total deduction of Rs 198 When asked about the deduction, customer care said that now it cant be refunded36%
