This was regarding to convert postpaid to prepaid, my number is [protected] at first i have called to your call centra for convert to prepaid your exu said its very simple process just visit to our gallary. Then i have visited to your gallary in thane mahahrashtra they ask for new document and i have summited same but after they refused said its not possible. Then i have call again to call centra now also your exu said yes sir this facilty is not avalable on your number. After 5 days on 20th sep 2012 i have visit other gallary at ghatkopar east mumbai. They said no proplum sir just gave your new document we will done it. And i have summited same and they gave me new sim card after paying my total postpaid outstanding and new sim charge of 381 rupee and said it will be convert to prepaid tonight by 21sep 2012. But still my postpaid number is active and new sim card is deactiveted.
I requested do need full on urgent basis

This is to bring in your kind notice that i am now getting harassed by Vodafone and it has been two weeks since my numbers has not been converted from post paid to prepaid, it is not very satisfying to say that a world class company like Vodafone is not able to convert my number from post paid to prepaid.

Now even i am in a service sector and work for bank and can understand the problem from the customer point of view but these vodafone people is giving me what you call in hindi"GOLI" .and if i cannot credit your salary for 2 weeks then you would be the first persons to abuse me and my bank left right or center.

I have visited vodafone store 4 times 1st time on sunday 7th october 2012, then on 14th oct 2012 and i have to take leave for this because some of my customer had complaint against me saying i have switched off my number because of them.So i took leave on 18th oct 2012 and went straight to vodafone store lajpat nagar new delhi again(my freind joked at me that vodafone waale maza le rahe hai tumse) there the executive said it will be activated in 48 hrs but till date it is not activated.

I am bieng screwed by lajpat nagar vodafone store from the past 15 days.pardon me for the language.

Whereas my document has been deposited to the girl named pooja there my number cannot be changed to prepaid, i have paid the outstanding and please tell me what should i do, these attitude from you people is telling me that i should have defaulted and made you should have followed me instead of me following you.

Please let me know that can my number start or should i go to consumer court as you people are not able to change my number from pre paid to post paid.

I did online recharge for my friend. I called the customer care and after getting the information from them i used the following link for the recharge tariff plan.

I called the cutomer care and asked nd they told it has been recharge against 3G data plan and it cant be revert back. This is a clear case of cheating the cutomer by offering wrong information to promote services which is not popular and forced people to use it. I place before you the mistakes that are done by you staff in india, first let my introduce myself, i am using your services from the begining the date it started in Andhra Pradesh and I am 7th customer to take sim card in andhra pradesh from then onwards i am using your services with phone No: [protected].
Almost every month there will be lot of problems with you bills your services charing excess and not giving services but claiming in the bill. Even after that also the payments are made, almost every month your staff gives me lot of trouble, if other persons should have gone to other service provider.
Never my problems are not solved, they says, we will do it never tomorrow will come in solving the problem, but once the payment is not made you simple deavtive my services, becuase everything is in your staff hands, for this i am suffering.
Since one year my problem is not solved, even so i am making the payment, now this month I have decided not to make the payment until my problem is not solved. Every time I have to going changing my network every five minutes from Idea to vodphone, if i forget than I will not get any calls, so every five minutes I have to change the network, I have given many complaints to your office, they says within one day the problem will be solved, one manager says I will fix booster one says I will give stronger booster, but never it comes.
sir, I have decided to legaly against your company and first give a complaint with IT minister and department and file a suit in the high court and even if so I will file a case in supreme court.
I am giving you one day time to solve the problem and activate my services immediately, after my problem is solved I will make the payment.

I basically have a feedback on the services that Vodafone has recently given me and I have not been able to find the right medium for it even on the Vodafone, thus I am using this. I hope it reaches the right person.
Recently I had called Vodafone care services in Delhi for some assistance. Let alone the service, the operator was excruciatingly rude and has practically insulted me. When I call Vodafone I expect the operators to give world class service, instead of such rude behaviour.
Thus it is a personal request to please make your selection procedure of operators more stringent so that at least you get operators who understand the value of a customer. I have been using Vodafone for the past 3 years but am deeply disheartened to see the pathetic services that you are giving now.
Also kindly take action against operators who behave like this, so that there is no repeats of such events and you can set good working behaviour.
