Dear Sir / Madam, I have taken vodafone postpaid connection last year. Vodafone people are cheating to the customers. Before taking postpaid connection they said that whenever you want change plan PREPAID TO POSTPAID, POSTPAID TO PREPAID you can change it. Now i went to vodafone center, and call to customercare office they said that ITS NOT POSSIBLE to change POSTPAID TO PREPAID... They are saying PREPAID TO POSTPAID is possible. Please do me favour. i converted my sim from docomo to vodafone post paid last month...and now i want change my sim from postpaid to prepaid...is it possible...or i need to wait for 3 months for migration...tell me some information...untill I taken the vodafone postpaid network ...the vodafone customer care operators responded immediately...after i had taken the postpaid connection.they are not responding...recently i called to customer care...and asked to change from postpaid to prepaid .they said that ...u have wait for 6 months .is is needed...pls tell me

II have been a customer of Vodafone telecom services for the last 5 years and recently I wanted my post paid connection to be changed to prepaid connection. For that, I submitted all the required documents on 8th March' 2013 and on 22nd March' 2013, they stopped my postpaid connection and asked me to replace with a new prepaid connection. Today is the 6th day of replacing the prepaid SIM and till now the same is not activated yet.
I want to know as a end user/ customer, what is my fault and what I need to be concerned to have the Vodafone services with out such difficulties.
I am running with a large scale business and you can imagine how much my business has been suffered in those 6 days.
I request you to kindly look in to this matter ASAP and at the same time I have already made up my mind to register a case in Consumer Court. I have all the details such as Documents submission, messages from Vodafone with date and time, call details with customer care.
I sincerely request you to please take some steps ASAP as I am suffering through both from my business point of view as well as personal point of view as mental harassment.
