I have called atleast 20 times to vodafone care center regarding vodafone access settings for using internet on my laptop through my mobile but till now havent got any positive response from them.I am really fedup and I am planning to withdraw this fascility.My mobile number is [protected] and i am having a post paid corporate plan.

I would like to inform that I am receiving blank calls from[protected] frequently. Whenever I call up the person, he / she never replies.

Please let me know the Contact Details of the Cell holder or you yourself take an immediate action or else I will be forced to take the legal action against the Cell Holder.

Hello sir/madam,

i am vodafone user (prepaid).
last month i recharge my mobile Rs.120/- but i got the only
0.18paisa bal. i am surprised, then i immediately go to the gallary told them my problem then he says there is scheme going on Rs.120/- refill but how it's possoble you are not given any idea about this offer. then gallary guys give me assurement your bal. you will get back within 48hrs. but till today i am not getting my bal. what can i do.

I agree that the complaints given by all the customer about the customer care of Vodafone, bzoc i too suffered a lot because of the Ccare guys, because they are very lazy & not serious of there job, giving wrong info to the customers.

If this service keeps on going Vodafone will not have users in chennai, because of the poor service of the Customer care

i agree with all the complaints as to vodafone cheating the customers i have same experience my caller tune was activated initialy i was charged Rs 45(30+15) then they charged me Rs 15 more and when i contacted customer care i was replied that i had changed my caller tune where as its till date the same.
also i was informed tht if i want to remove it i will hav 2 send a message which is charged at rate of Rs3 per sms.

this problem i hav not only faced with vodaphne but also with airtel of which i have a land line in every 2-3 months they activate there hellotune and after that one has to get it deactivated an pay Rs 6.
I requested to close my mobile phone number [protected] (Vodafone postpaid)as early as possible.
I have already requested on customer care centre.No action.
You are again requested to close above mention phone number and final bill sent to my address.

I lost my mobile on 17-Jan-08 and went to Ambattur Vodofone ministore in near Canara Bank stopping. They told me that it would be activated in 24 hours. It was not and since when I called them on Monday, there was no response. Then when I called the customer care, they told me it would be done in 24 working hours. So I kept quite. Then till Thursday, it wasn't. So I went to the store in person and gave a complaint. What a service from those girls? I don't know who the hell recruited them and for what they are sitting there and what kind of service they provide. They were just chatting and told me that as the details are not correct, they didn't activate and now its activated. I questioned them that now, I didn't give them any details and how come they would activate it in 3 hours? I was waiting for the whole day and still it is not done. I am totally fed up with those inefficient girls and the ones who recruited them. Kindly help me please and want to take actions against those girls. You do not know how angry I am with those animals???? I costed me so much ......

i am jackuline elkiah, on 08.04.2008 at 11 am i was in marthamdam (Tamil Nadu, India). in i was in step of govt. bus, i lost my hand bag. in my hand bag there was some money, my mobile with vodofone sim. mobile # [protected]. on 09.04.2008 this mobile was off. on 10.04.2008 the same mobile it is on and some one using. in my vodofone sim card there is lot of phone numbers. please sir, fine out the person who using this sim. sir try to back my sim card sir. now i have airtel mobile [protected].

hello tune has been activated with out intimating me nd my balance has been deducted nd my balance is now in minus35rupees and the song which has been activated is telgu devotional song and i am getting irritated by that song.
So i kindly request you to check back soon and deactivate the hello tune nd return back my balance for the unfairness service you hav provided without any permission
please do the needful as soon as possible.
